Montego Bay is easily my favorite place to stay in Wendover. The hotel has a great mix of comfort, convenience, and entertainment all under one roof. The rooms are spacious, clean, and surprisingly modern—especially if you get one of the updated suites with the jetted tub. It’s a great spot for a weekend getaway, whether you’re there to relax or hit the casino.

The casino floor is lively but not overwhelming, and there’s a solid variety of slots and table games. Dealers and staff were all super friendly and made the experience more enjoyable. I also appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was, even during busy hours.

Food options were solid—The buffet is a classic and hits the spot if you’re hungry after a few rounds, and there are a couple other restaurants and bars with decent variety.

The location is perfect, right near the Utah border, and they have shuttle service that runs between all the Wendover properties, which is super convenient.

Overall, Montego Bay delivers exactly what you’d want from a casino resort: good vibes, comfort, and plenty to do. I’ll definitely be back

Refused to honor promotions also refused request for ADA accommodation! Was bullied and publicly humiliated by security! Tried to file a complaint against security and later received a call telling me that I was no longer welcome at any of the properties. Their machines just take your money and there's no play time. Nugget is 100% better than the three hotels wendover fun has! Imho the big three have ruined wendover gaming!! Don't be fooled by their promo's! Just plan on losing your money and being treated like crap if you go there to play! Comp and tier points are ridiculously not fair! Play a few thousand dollars to get.004 cent's for dollars played! Don't plan on handicap parking because they have very few and they give diamond and chairman parking right up to the casino and disabled people are left with having to walk long distances to get to a room and then try requesting a room close to the casino and restaurants and end up farther away than if they didn't request to be closer. If there was a way to leave a lower review I definitely would be!

Generally it is just okay. We stayed a Friday night/Saturday night, no real special event going on.
ROOMS: rooms are clean, beds too high to get on for seniors, no checkout time posted on room door, cannot checkout via TV, no comfortable seating, no binder of information, no map of what's where, honestly, for what we paid per night, our expectation was higher than what we got
SERVICE: front desk folks need a bit more energy, restaurant staff same, Paradise Grill food is good, no room service, no valet parking, quite a few random parked cars where they shouldn't be, handicap doors should BOTH open with press of handicap button
LOCATION: easy access off I-80, lots of parking, Tesla Superchargers less than a mile away, w-i-n-d-y

We checked in and got the wrong room. We moved into a better room the next day. It took a lot of our fun time away. I won't stay there again. We ate dinner at Paradise Grill, and it was a mistake. The taco salad barley had a bite of lettuce. The meat on the nachos was so dry . My husband ordered fajitas, but they don't have corn tortillas. He's gluten-free, so he just ate it with his fork. Never been somewhere that doesn't have corn tortillas. We did have a great time in the other casinos in Wendover.

I spent a LOT of time and $$$$ there last year. I earned enough to become a "KICK ME IN THE NUTS"- DIAMOND MEMBER..
I haven't won a dime since I reached that level..... UNLESS I play without my players card.
Seems like the reward and tier points are harder to get...?
I can't seem to ever get a room on a weekend....always simple for weekdays.... Place is boring as hell on weekdays.
They took out most of the older machines that paid. I'm done with this place....

I’m no gambler, but if you need a place to stay in WW, look no further. The rooms are great and the atmosphere is weirdly charming. An unexpected highlight of our trip. Try the Paradise Grill restaurant and you won’t be disappointed.

Me and my husband wanted a weekend away. Boy did we. The room was beyond our expectations very beautiful. We honestly stayed in our room majority of our stay. In the morning (afternoon) I’d wake-up to this random gorilla picture on the wall staring right at me. Highly recommend the mini king suite.

I'm so dissatisfied with montego bay hotel and I will never stay in their hotel again. We had a room and we returned later the day the keys were dead. We went to the front desk and they said that that room was never ours or registered to us. Paperwork shows nothing they said. Then they made security take us up there get all of our belongings and we were told we can't stay there. We said, bring it up on security cam, they did and proved one of their employees indeed DID get us a room and handed us the keys to the room. They didn't want to hear what we had to say until the camera footage proved us innocent. Have never been treated so poorly.
