This was the best CPR class I’ve taken! Being a former teacher and now personal trainer, I’ve had to take it a lot. Robert explained and demonstrated the necessary skills as well as shared real life examples. He made the class interesting and entertaining. We had plenty of hands on time as well performing a real life scenario. I will recommend this class to anyone needing to be certified. It was very affordable as well! Awesome job GEMS 🙂

Robert Hoey was our
Training Center Coordinator and he made class enjoyable, hands on and very knowledgeable. I took my two teen daughters as well and they loved all the hands on training activities. I appreciate how we were emailed our Health Cards the very same day. Very high tech from sign up to payment and then a digital copy of your card. Fantastic! Keep up the great work and service.

You hope you'll never need to use this skill but if you do you'll be glad you have it. I am very happy with the instruction that I was shown during my office certification. When you are shown a video of how to perform CPR it really doesn't do the trick. Our instructor Robert did an amazing job. He simplified everything so that we could easily understand and more importantly REMEMBER what to do if we ever need to utilize our new skill. I will definitely be looking into other classes that I can take!

Robert Hoey is an awesome!,Straight to the point, and a super informative kind of instructor. Very hands on. And made class fun. He's pretty funny too. Definetly will be taking his class again. And not only do they have CPR,SAD, and First Aid classes, but they also have many other kind of classes as well to offer. Like wilderness survival and active shooter awareness. Really enjoyed it all in all.

Robert is the Bear Grylls of CPR + First Aid Trainers. I've had CPR + First Aid Training many times, and this was BY FAR the best. It was super hands-on, real-world prep. I walked away feeling encouraged and empowered to truly save a life. (In the past, trainings have left me feeling overwhelmed and unlikely to be able to really help someone in an emergency.) Robert's passion and experience kept me at full attention throughout the course, and even brought me to tears of laughter as he shared some of his stories related to using the skills he was teaching us. So, SO good!!!

Andria was a great instructor. She was very knowledgable and hands-on. I have been taking CPR classes for a while, and this is the first time that I left feeling as though I would remember what I was taught. I actually feel confident to perform CPR. Needed CPR/AED/First Aid as soon as I could they got me into a class right away. It was actually very fun and interactive and not your typically boring and falling asleep type classes which was really good and it didn't feel very long it took hours and how long it needed to be but they made it to where you weren't watching time as you progressed through different topics and slides. I would highly recommend this program to anyone on any occasion. Its simple and understandable. I couldn't have gone to a better place!
