It's a great place for body building and you can come anytime in 24 hours, at night or early morning, great dressing room and showers, with a card key you can come anytime, I come every other day to do my work out, and loudly with kids at times, but that's why it's boys and girls having fun as I did at the wmca when I was a small kid, now I am a big kid, if you don t like the sound ,get ear plugs or ear phones that play music, from your phone, for seniors it's first time for key 35.00 , after that it's 25.00. Month , or you can do auto pay, they well explain it, I love the place, I go late at night at times just to think and peace of mind as I work out, and there's nice people that work there, God bless you all and have great time there .

I think this is a great program and I can see the benefits of it. But, my daughter was so excited to go there this summer, and we went to sign up and come to find out that her age group or older cannot go during the summer. It really makes me sad for her age group and any of the older children, because they cannot enjoy this facility until school starts. I thought when they brought something to our community for the kids to do, this would involve all kids, not just 5-12 year olds.

My sons who used to go to Lowry & active in Sports, are home so we showed B&GC off to them. They were blown away @such a nice facility. We are proud to have this in our Community

I went to work out today at the gym they have and this lady thought it was OK to lie to the workers and say my and my friends were "mishandling" the equipment when a minute after that happened the lady decided to slam very heavy dumbbells on the floor and nobody had a problem with that. Me and my friends deserve an apology.

It's still a relatively new building. The only complaint I have is, it can get very noisy if there is a game in the gym.

They are great with my son, Help him with his homework, and there are lots of activities when he is done! Love it plus there Gym is great also!

Good quality gym. Definitely for a more of a youth fitness facility. Good indoor walk facility. Nice quality equipment.
