Jay and the leasing staff were incredibly helpful in making our move-in process smooth and stress-free. The unit looked amazing when my boyfriend and I walked in on move-in day. The community is quiet, gated, and feels very safe. We’re really enjoying our unit so far!

The Apartments at SPUR are spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. The amenities are great—especially the pool and gym. The staff here is incredibly helpful and made my move-in process smooth and easy. A special thanks to Sloane Thomas and Jay Evans for their support and professionalism. I love everything, my apartment looks exactly like the pictures and the model! Jay and Sloan were awesome helping, smooth and easy. The only thing I question is the parking 🙁 Really wish we had 1 parking spot to ourselves rather then fist come first served... A day with full groceries, my kid & other heavy things will be interesting if I have to park around the corner.. other then that - Literally no complaints oxo

Spur is a beautiful property with wonderful amenities. Bobbie Jo gave my friend and I our tour and she was fantastic. Bobbie Jo was extremely knowledgeable about the apartments and the amenities. I needed to have a wall measured for my couch and Bobbie Jo said she would email me with the measurements and she got back to me right away. Bobbie Jo thoroughly explained all move in costs and the move in process. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful place to live and wonderful management!

I’m having a great experience with the staff. I have a few things that I don’t like but this doesn’t have anything to do with the staff. The parking and handicap parking is very limited. I don’t believe they charge for additional cars per apartment which they should. You’ll need to order groceries because of the parking being limited. Besides that overall a great experience.

My fiance and I just moved in yesterday. I’m extremely picky about apartments especially if I am planning to long term stay somewhere, but Jay made this entire experience from interest to move-in an extremely smooth process. The staff in general is great but Jay really sold this place to us and continues to show us why we made the right decision. He has been helpful with us every step of the way, no matter how small or big the question he was there with very welcoming and above and beyond service to help make sure we are taken care of. We are in love with our new place, and hope you take our review and apply that to your decision making because we did not hesitate at all once we visited and saw the space. Thanks again Jay, you’re truly the reason we are here!

I moved in a few weeks ago and love it! Jay was super helpful when I toured and through the leasing process. He's continued to be accommodating as I've been settling in and the other employee in the office, Sloan, is also great. The complex is quiet and I feel safe walking my dog at night. Can't wait for summer at the pool!

What can I say? I had such a great experience from the moment I stepped in the leasing office and talk to Jay. I think the complex, especially the unit that I picked, just spoke to me.
The community is tuck in a pretty quiet corner, which what I love. The amenities are well equipped with 3 pools, a couple BBQ grills and a pretty nice gym. On top of that, Jay (and also Sloan) have been so tentative about helping me from applying to preparing me on getting my own spot at #SPUR!
Once I got approved, the excitement had made me ordered a bunch of things that arrived earlier than my move-in day, but Jay took care of everything and made sure that my stuff were safe and sound inside the garage of my unit. Jay IS amazing, patient and helpful. Go check out the #SPUR apartment and go see JAY!!!
