Dispite all the previous reviews about this location. I have nothing but the best experience staying here and the new upgrades are wonderful! I had the opportunity to meet with Joe the property manager and his customer service was beyond expectations! He was very friendly and answered all of our questions and concerns. It felt comforting and natural speaking with Joe. He made it felt like home coming here.

The gym is very clean and odorless which is a big bonus because my partner has really bad allergies. The interior kitchen has amazing up to date appliances and carpet is well kept.

Joe was able to meet our needs and provided exceptional customer service. He kept a line of communication via email and phone calls to help us at our convenience. I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family! 10/10!

I love the new management that took over. The property is so clean now. All the maintenance guys are so nice and respectful. The office staff is always so happy and willing to help. They have made a huge difference and we all see it . Thank you !

So excited to have found Topaz Spring apartments! Was so nervous I wouldn’t find a new home for my pup and I and when I found this location that is super close to all the places I shop and all great amenities they offer I was beyond excited! I recently worked with Zully here at Topaz Springs and I couldn't be happier with the service that I received. From the moment I reached out, Zully was incredibly responsive and always answered my questions promptly and thoroughly. She was very knowledgeable about the property and the surrounding area. Zully took the time to understand my needs and preferences. Also, she was also exceptionally helpful in guiding me through the application process, making it a smooth and stress-free experience. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a leasing agent who is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about finding the right place for their clients.

The place was an upgrade at lower cost from where we came from. Karen at the leasing office worked with us to make our move seem less and everything was ready for us on day one.

Absolutely love this apartment complex, nothing but good things to say and love how helpful the front office is. Definitely applying after talking to the gentleman in the hat that was super friendly and helpful.

These apartments are not worth the price or the frustration! The property management ( Bridge Property Management) is very rude & unprofessional! I won't even talk about the egregious $800 month to month fee! They come in your apartment when you're not home! Also, they give your key out to vendors. I woke up once, to find Pest Control in my unit. No notice, no nothing. I was told, the notice must have flown off my door! Umm, email? They now have quarterly unit inspections, that have turned into monthly unit inspections. When you ask why? No one can tell you. (They don't even do that in housing!) When you email them a concern, NO ONE EVER responds; instead they send a "thanks for the maintenance request" email! Wait what? They are so worried about the units, what about the dumpsters in the back?
They have a high turn over of staff, you don't know who works here. They lose your key then tell you, you never gave them one. The pool, gym and mailbox are only open during business hours! USPS won't deliver packages there, you literally have to go to the Post Office! The front gate has not worked in years. I won't mention the recent murder amongst other things! Again, they are VERY rude and they talk to you like you're not paying their salary! It's getting progressively worse! They used to have minimal bugs however now they are infested. Do yourself a favor AND DO NOT MOVE HERE! I am moving shortly.
