The team members are very helpful and enjoy there jobs my kid loves going there the arcade on the other hand is in need of some tlc to get the machines in working order they will be working then all of a sudden without warning just shut off and sometimes come back on other times just stays off even if your in middle of a bonus or having a good game and can only estimate how.many tickets i could of won the team members are understanding but they can only do so.much and hate having to keep saying something to them about the games malfunctioning the arcade is too small for any game to be not working but when they are working it's a fun arcade

I had an issue with my debit card ONE time like two years ago not because I didn't have the money only because the stupid card was just being ridiculous. I paid it right away as soon as I came back but ever since that one incident every time I bring my son there they charge me a $50 cash deposit and not just at this one at any of the locations. My son had been there a bunch before and already a bunch after and every time I ask them how many more times I'm going to have to do this it's always just a couple more. Which I actually don't mind paying in advance but it's like it happened one time it never happened before or since. It was literally a one off. Kind of sick of being chastised about it at this point.

If there was an option to leave no stars that's what they would get how the hell does a childs place not have bathroom doors on the stalls or even better where is the supervision of the staff when kids are cussing and touching and shit and making other children feel uncomfortable this place is not worth it protect your kids and don't take them there . I just am so damn confused why there's no doors in the bathroom what is really going on here ?

Had a hard time registering low on staff my 3 year old was crying went to pick her up huge line to sign her out they didn’t care I had to wait my turn only one person in the front desk. She was crying not even tried to help her calm down.

We had just had lunch prior to dropping off the kids so they did not need food. The kids were playing basketball and running around. They asked for water and were told NO, because we didn't pay for it.
We have been to kids quest Many times and usually they are given a cup of water.
It seemed the staff was angry that we didn't purchase anything, so they would not give the boys a cup of water or point out the water fountain. Also.....the boys found the water fountain on their own, but it was malfunctioning...barely having water trickle out....for a licensed daycare, this is not acceptable.
The supervisor (Nicole) stated it was due to having the price of cups go up . NOT a valid reason. Especially since their prices have also increased. It's cruel.

If I could rate it with zero stars I would have. We have been coming to Boulder Station Kids Quest for years and have watched the staff change throughout them. The ladies they have working there at the moment are extremely rude. It was brought to my attention by my child that the staff is mean to them as well. While playing basketball my child was approached by another child to place bets while playing. She is only 6 and had no idea what that meant, but still wanted to play. I asked the staff about the policy on letting the children place bets inside of there establishment and, was told it's "harmless", to which I responded that I do not want my child being taught how to play like that. I bring them there to have fun, not to be taught how to gamble. I have brought them back one time since then and my child was bullied and hit by another child, right in front of the staff, and they did nothing. I once again tried to address the situation and they couldn't care less. This place never used to be this bad. The staff will be the reason we will no longer be going here. I would also like to follow up with corporate as soon as possible.
We've been to multiple locations and have never had any issues, this is by far the worst Kids Quest you could bring your children to.

Kids quest is great. Heaven is so awesome with my daughter. When we go, my daughter is always so happy to see her. The staff there is always nice.
