I am so glad I took my toddler car seat to REMSA. It was way more complicated to install than I would have thought. Nellie was so knowledgeable and quickly realized that it needed to be slightly reconfigured and made the adjustments. She patiently demonstrated how to adjust the straps and allowed me to try as well. Thanks to REMSA and Nellie I feel confident that my grandson’s visit will be a safe one.

This was a really great experience for me, car seats can be a little intimidating and I wanted to make sure that I knew everything there is to know and that my second-hand car seat was safe. Nellie was my instructor and she was really fun and kind, she expresses a lot of care and excitement for her work and clients! The facility also makes it easy by telling you where to park so you don't have to battle for parking in the busy lot.

I recently attended a CPR/AED certification course provided by REMSA in Reno, Nevada, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! After previously completing an American Heart Association course in Arizona last year, I had lingering doubts about my confidence and ability to perform CPR effectively. However, the class taught by instructor Randi H. completely transformed my outlook.

Randi was incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and engaging. She confidently answered questions from the attendees and made the course understandable. Her real-life anecdotes from professional experience not only made the course enjoyable but also reinforced critical concepts. The 3.5 hours flew by because Randi kept the session informative, interactive, and real!

I left the REMSA course feeling genuinely confident and prepared—exactly what I'd hoped for. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to receive thorough, practical, and confidence-building CPR/AED training.

Great class, focused and to the point. Instructor was friendly and helpful. Equipment worked well. I was able to sign up the day before and they have many classes available for different schedules. Highly recommend!

The CPRAED training at REMSA was excellent. It was very thorough, giving us lots of practice time so that I left feeling confident in my ability to give CPR and first aid help. The instructor was thorough and left lots of time for Q & A. It was the best training I've had in my 15 years of working with the public.

My wife had to take a class due to expired card and thoroughly enjoyed the interaction and discussion. Class made interesting with excellent instructor and went by pretty fast. Highly recommend for first time students and refreshers.

Overall, REMSA was a convenient organization to obtain CPR training and certification through. Signing up online was incredibly simple. The instructor was professional, personable, and shared real life experiences. The classroom was clean and comfortable. All in all, I would recommend a REMSA CPR class to anyone interested in pursuing this certification.

I took my CPR class here yesterday and it was a really good class! In prior classes I've taken, they mostly had you watch videos with limited practice, but the instructors yesterday (Krys was our lead instructor and MJ was our assistant instructor) had us go through a video and then immediately practice what we learned. The instructors also gave tips for real life scenarios, such as what to expect during CPR, how to manage a choking situation on different body types, and how to find the breast bone and sternum in different heights and sizes of people, which I appreciated as there were several people in the class who were just starting out in healthcare and may not have otherwise known those tips until later on when they're figuring it out in real life situations (which is not an ideal place for having to figure things like this out imo). It was a great class with two knowledgeable instructors!
