Atlantic Karate has been a great experience for us over the past year. Andrew is a great teacher, not only for karate skills, but life lessons too. Our family feels that we can go to him with anything that might be going on with our son and he ends up finding a way to bring that onto the mat for the lesson. He is a positive role model and our son looks up to him. Karate has been a great introduction to fitness, focus, and bonding.

My son has been taking karate at the dojo for several years. He loves going to class; even if he is grumpy when you pick him up, he has a wonderful time. The classes move at a good pace to keep students engaged, and Sensei has a terrific relationship with the kids. He approaches them from a level that they can appreciate and relate to, and he speaks to them in a way they can understand. Atlantic Karate is providing both physical and mental training to their students and after just a few short classes it is easy to see the benefits.

Our daughter Joanna is 5 and has been attending Atlantic Karate for over a year. She loves the classes & Sensei Andrew and is always looking forward to the next class. Sensei Andrew does a great job teaching the fundamentals of both Karate and respect in a fun and humorous way. The room is always filled with laughter, but also listening. It's also great to have another "father voice" when I need to have a conversation with my daughter about an opportunity. "What would Sensei Andrew say" I highly recommend Atlantic Karate

Atlantic karate has been an amazing place for our son (age 9) to learn not only karate but self awareness, respect, life lessons all while having a great time. Our son has been going for almost 2 years and is still very excited to go every week. And having goals to work towards has been a very positive influence on him. I would definitely recommend Atlantic Karate training Center and Sensei Andrew!

Atlantic Karate is an exceptional martial arts school with a focus on traditional Okinawan style karate with a variety of defense tactics mixed in. My son has been going for years & the experience has been wonderful for him. Sensei Moores and his team of instructors do a great job for students of all levels. Even got me back into it starting on my 50th birthday. Couldn't be happier with what Sensei Moores and Atlantic Karate has done for my family!

We can't say enough wonderful things about Atlantic Karate. Our son has been taking classes for about a year and has learned so much - about karate, but also about the importance of kindness, respect, and safety. Andrew is a wonderful instructor who is so welcoming to families, and great with the kids. Our son asks every day if he can go to karate! We drive from 30 minutes away because of the great atmosphere and positive learning environment - and it is absolutely worth t!

Our daughter has been attending Atlantic Karate for over a year and we couldn’t love it more. As a teen she wanted to try something different and we are lucky to have found this dojo. She looks forward to going every week, is learning all around important skills, and the class sizes are small. Sensei is devoted, understanding, challenges her, and really takes the time to understand each student as a person to help them succeed. We are thankful to be a part of the Atlantic Karate Family.
