Working with Jessica McMullen and her team at Prosper was VERY easy, productive, and cost effective. Even though our Airtable project was relatively small in scale, we received highly attentive and timely professional service. I own a consulting business and for years relied upon several Excel spreadsheets to track numerous projects. I turned to ProsperSpark for assistance and was introduced to AirTable.
Given that there are not software programs for my business, Jessica McMullen with ProsperSpark was assigned to my project and spent the time with me to understand how my business operates, the data flow, the tracking needed, identified areas of redundancy, introduced other items that would enhance productivity and reduce data entry errors, etc. In a short period of time, my office was using the software! The software has significantly reduced what used to take hours to do and track and presented in a way that is very user friendly. Zero learning curve for staff. My staff and I love the software. Training a new employee is made easier for the employee as well as for me to gauge a new employee's performance. Working with Jessica has been an absolute pleasure. She is a consummate professional, astute at quickly understanding the mechanics behind a niche consulting business, incredibly responsive, reliable and collaborative. Can't say enough about ProsperSpark. My experience with them from start to finish has been excellent. My org had just set up a new Airtable database and needed assistance building it out with various APIs, interfaces, data scraping and other complex setups that they were able to accommodate with ease.
