Purchased a firearms from them online, on a Wednesday, Sent them the FFL to ship to on Thursday. They sent me a notice that the item was shipping on the next Monday and to expect a tracking number that day or the next. Followed up on the Friday after that. Item went OoS in the meanwhile and they refunded me. Would have appreciated a notice that the item went out of stock between sending them the FFL to ship to and me following up at the end of the next week

This place is cramped, and never open. I mean by appointment only Tuesday and Thursday, and closed Saturday and pretty much whenever they feel like it. Posted open times say they close at 5 on Fridays but they were closed at 3. I’ll say this they have a decent selection for how small it is. Maybe I’ll try again one of these days. Maybe

Ordered pistol to be shipped to my FFL. Payment made and deducted from my account After 14 days and 3 unanswered request for info, I canceled order only to receive message their site was not accepting/had blocked messages.Started claim with my bank to get refund. Only dealer I have ever had a problem with in over 20 years. I would advise to avoid as they are non-responsive. Will wait and see if I get refund or scammed.

Such a breath of fresh air to know that there are still kind and friendly people out there! Randomly had a firearm shipped to Guard Bees Firearms Training after purchasing it online. The official processing and paperwork via laptop was very smooth and painless. It was so very nice to see an independently owned company that was welcoming, professional and knowledgeable! And to be able to have a conversation and to be treated like an actual human, instead of just another number was definitely refreshing as well. I ended up making another purchase directly from them at a reasonable price before I left and that made my day! I would highly recommend Guard Bees Firearms Training to anyone who wants to purchase or pickup a pre-purchased firearm or accessories! And they even offer training if anyone needs that too!
