Mary Evilsizer, the manager of SNCIL, is the absolute worst!!!!!

I have spoken with many individuals from the community, and there is a general consensus that she is snobby and picks and chooses who she is willing to go to all extents to help. Even worst, her "knowledge" is extremely outdated. For someone who works with people with mental and physical challenges, it's expected she stays up-to-date with emerging science/facts, but she refuses. She's a 'know-it-all' that doesn't know anything.

She also treats her staff poorly. There have been a multitude of staff that has left due to her inadequate managing skills.

If this organization cares about it's success, they will seriously consider a new office manager!!!!

People at the SNCIL are just awesome! I dont know what I would do without their help and guidance. They are so professional and knowdlegable.
Ms Minerva Rivera took my case and I can say it was the best thing that could happen to me.
Thanks SNCIL and specially Ms Rivera for all your help and support.
I highly recomend SNCIL.

Who in the world answers the phone?! I asked a simple question “Does your company help diagnosis autism?” and I got the rudest, nastiest attitude back. I was asking a question in a kind way there is no need to be rude. I was referred to you by NV PEP. I called on December 3rd at 11:18am for reference and judging by the way your staff answers the phone, I don’t want to know how your staff handles any serious issues.
