I found out about NACA through the Culinary Union. I initially went just to get information. I was surprised after sitting with a counselor how easy this process is. Disclaimer… be prepared to be there a few hours and make sure you have all necessary documentation. Thank you NACA for getting me started in becoming a homeowner.

My experience with NACA so far has been phenomenal! My husband and I are at the beginning stages of purchasing our home and so far we are chopping down that tree that has stood in our way far too long! NACA has a great group of excellent people that want you to succeed and are very passionate about their role in making your dream of becoming a homeowner come true! We were blessed with a great counselor ( Mr. Justin Dominique) who was patient with us from the start of our first meeting to the end! He had a positive attitude, was fully knowledgeable about the services NACA provides, was upfront, down to earth, and was very professional! He treated us like a close friend and or family! We are looking forward to crossing this finish line sooner than we thought! If you're considering purchasing a home with NACA, just jump on board and don't wait, it's worth it, and probably been a long time coming! Thank you NACA in advance. When I was first informed of NACA and all that they do for those who attend their workshops, complete the onboarding process, meet with a counselor, and then work with the underwriter, they would help you with your down payment, and they would help you find your dream home. I was very skeptical, but after doing all of those as mentioned earlier, I discovered that NACA is the real deal. They do everything that they promise. I know that the process is time-consuming, but it is worth every second you spend getting your documents together.

My counselor Carl W. was AMAZING, he walked me through each step of the way and he helped me to get to the house of my dreams without any hiccups. The Regional Manager Derek, was AWSOME!!!!! He was a great resource and very encouraging. I have to say that the entire NACA staff was very welcoming and resourceful and although they were there from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, they always had a smile on their faces, and were ready to answer any question, no matter how big or small.

I have referred more than 13 people to NACA, and I have told them that NACA is the Real Deal and they are a GAME CHANGER!!!!

I found out about the NACA program from a friend years ago that purchased their home through them. I decided to purchase my home through them because of the much needed savings for a first time home owner. The process overall required a lot of paperwork, I suggest to clarify with them all the needed information before starting the process so it can be smoother. One of the things they need to work on is communication, there are a lot of hands in the process and you may find yourself providing the information over and over, which can get frustrating. Choosing the right realtor is key as they make the biggest difference as to how your process is completed. Candii Saldana was mine and she understood that as a first time home buyer, I would need more guidance. She was able to help me even when it was difficult to get answers from others at NACA. If you truly want to save in your home buying process and you are patient, I believe NACA is a good option for you.
