Chaz was absolutely fantastic! I had a Mac that the hard drive crashed on. Working with another company they told me recovery from my Time Machine would be "Painful" and they could not guarantee they would even be able to access. Chaz had access almost immediately, was super patient with someone who is not super computer savvy and he was so incredibly helpful I can not recommend him enough. If there were more than 5 stars I would give them.

I brought my MacBook to Chaz after having it "fixed" somewhere else. He is very thorough and explained exactly what he found was wrong with my computer. Unfortunately, the proper fix costs a fortune (I might as well buy a new computer). However, he provided me with alternatives and workarounds to my problem to get me back up and running. Chaz was willing to sit down with me for hours and explain step by step what he was doing to my machine. I felt comfortable and confident that he did all that he could for me. I am more than satisfied with his service and will definitely keep him in mind the next time I am having computer problems.

Chaz to the rescue....Again! When I first bought my MacBook Pro a few years ago, Chaz helped get me started and moved all my data from the old desktop PC to the laptop and set it up so I could run the 2 Windows programs I need for work.
