If i could give 0 stars i would, this place is absolutely terrible from management issues, to simply taking care of children. if they are having a hard time with a particular child they will simply send him into the next room for someone else to handle. Absolutely 0 experience when it comes to children with special needs. If you want to bring your child to this place, seriously reconsider. there are times when staff would literally be sleeping while the kids are awake and only 1 person watching them. If you love your child.. do NOT bring them here

I absolutely adored this daycare! My son attended for years, and it was such a wonderful experience for him. Not only did he make countless friends, but he also learned invaluable mannerisms and responsibilities. The staff treated him like family, always keeping me informed about any issues that arose. One aspect I particularly appreciated was the presence of cameras in all rooms, even outside, which provided reassurance. If ever there was a question or concern, we could simply review the videos and address any issues. Though we've moved on from the daycare, we still maintain close contact and wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone we know.

Even though this is a service you pay for, you will not be permitted to visit the classrooms. That doesn’t feel right to me and is a major red flag. They will not allow you to drop your child off past 9 a.m. if your family circumstances are not to their liking. Even if you try to coordinate a time that works for your life, and they don’t agree with the circumstances you will not be able to drop your kid off at an alternative time. Yet in their handbook it states they take ”drop ins”. Not allowing daily children to have an arrangement for an occasional alternative drop off time while taking drop ins makes zero sense for the regular kids. The staff who provide care are curious and appropriate. Manager staff need to take a course on customer service.

If I could give a Zero or negative rating for this place, I would. the Manager Dee and the other coworker that are so called in there office have horrible customer service skills. No wonder there was a lost child in their care this afternoon. If you have such emergency in your daycare, don't answer the phone. I got hung up on twice and then get a call back... without a Hello!! Dee asks what do I need? what I need is for you to do is have better people skills especially when you are dealing with kids. Ms. Ma'am don't catch a case with that attitude.

Absolutely love this center. I always let people an friends know this is the place to go! We love it. My kids love it! My daughter advanced so well with singing, reading, and potty training! Now she goes to the potty everytime! Sings me so many songs and I love it! My sons first week there he took his first steps and started walking! Everyone always tells me how they love my son and love cuddling him! And I love being able to trust a center with my babies. The staff there are always so nice and polite and they're extremely understanding and I appreciate them so so so much ❤ love this center. Highly recommended..

I never hesitate to recommend this center. My children have been attending Imagination Station for 10 years now. Any complaints or concerns that I have ever had, have been acknowledged and dealt with by either the owners or the director. The owners are hands on participants and will get in the 'trenches' with their employees. The staff actually teach the children. My older children were advanced compared to their peers when they started kindergarten because the preschool program starts skills at 3 years old. My two year old comes home signing a new song every week.

I was having trouble finding a daycare that would fit my family's needs. I finally came across The Imagination Station. My children have special needs that needed to be dealt with by professionals and I found them here! I would not recommend anyone else. Yeah you have to pay a little bit more than some but it isn't that much and it is definitely worth it to know that my children are safe and well taken care of. I appreciate everything you all have done for me and my family! Thank you Dee, Papa Pete, and all of the wonderful staff that have been there for us from the bottom of my heart.

I have used this center for almost 12 yrs. they are amazing. They treat everyone like family, my children love them, and I love them. My eldest went there from age 2 till 11, and my youngest started at 3 1/2 months. Everything from safety, education, family styled environment I can not complain.
