I've been a student here for a good while now, and I only have great things to say about Light Sport Aviation.
This school provides you with the best airplanes to complete your training. Their maintenance is in-house, done by highly skilled individuals who specialize in Rotax engines. Anytime there is an issue with any particular aircraft, within days, if not hours, the aircraft is back to flying.
The prices are outstanding, legitimately some of the best prices you'll find on the field. Flight training is already expensive enough, but at Light Sport Aviation, they truly want you to succeed, and with their pricing, you will get where you want to be in no time.
The airplanes are equipped with full-glass panels, enabling you to learn with modern equipment and understand how modern equipment in aircraft works.
They offer an introductory flight for an amazing price. If you're on the edge about starting flight training or even just curious as to how it feels like to be in front of all the instruments/controls, schedule an introductory flight now and watch your dreams become a reality!

Great training! Great price! Awesome planes! All the instructors are very helpful. Scheduling is straightforward, and the aircrafts are newer models with very good avionics. Will definitely continue training here for my future ratings!

They have well maintained and modern aircrafts, knowledgeable and friendly instructors and a nice and quiet office for all your ground lessons. Flying with Light Sport Aviation at the North Las Vegas airport has been great so far! I'm a previously rated pilot, and LSA has been the perfect way to build hours and get some extra much needed instruction. They are extremely affordable, actually the most cost-effective company in the Las Vegas valley. They have the Evektor SportStar Max, a plane I've never heard of in the past, but have grown to love and enjoy. What really sets them apart is their supportive and responsive team, especially when on the maintenance side of the house.

I did get instructional hours to refresh some of my fundamental skills. Special shoutout to my instructor, Luis Garcia. His commitment to student learning and his focus on safety truly stand out. I felt very comfortable flying with him, and so should any new ambitious student pilot.

Overall, 5/5 stars for Light Sport Aviation out of North Las Vegas airport. Time building or student pilot, this is best place to go in Las Vegas!!

I'm currently getting my PPL through LSA and couldn't be happier that I chose them over the bigger schools. I'm able to fly at my own pace, scheduling flights around my schedule as needed. The owner and instructors are all quite friendly and seem happy to be there. The planes are well maintained, and if something does need work, it happens quickly.

Great place to fly. Earnie is super supportive, even when I was bouncing around in turbulence, failing to hold altitude or airspeed. N90MX is a hoot to fly. The Dynon glass panel was a treat. Next time you're in Vegas, skip the casinos and go flying with Light Sport Aviation. I know I'll fly with them again soon.

Ernie is a fake fraud and a part time broad he double billed me and I didn't realize at the time after checking my invoices talked to him said he would return $ never happened. The only one he thinks about is him self and your $ be aware hes a con man yes the routing # i provided was correct as i said before he's a liar @cheat i recieved a call from FAA he was trying to register plane and hadn't paid for it
