I had my wedding reception here and had such a blast at The Billing Center! If you're looking for an affordable place to have a FUN, no hassle and beautiful reception, this is it.

The food was SO delicious—I cannot rave about it enough! I got to curate my own menu based on recommendations from the chef, including appetizers, the main course, and desserts. The pork belly was my absolute favorite! Hats off to the chef and his team. Our pastry chef was amazing too—I loved my cake and how she used real flowers to decorate it. It was BEAUTIFUL!
The decor was beautiful and well-thought-out. I was so glad for all the help from Melina with organizing. She and her team did an amazing job!

The DJ did a great job playing the songs I wanted and mixing in Mexican music for my family. He kept the fun going for hours! They let me have an hour longer to dance than most of the other venues I was considering.

The staff and members were so kind and nice to talk to—I had several regular visitors congratulate me while I was making my floral arrangements the day before.

My only concern would be that I heard the bartender was rude to a few guests. I didn’t find out until later, thankfully, but I would just make sure to mention this to Melina to avoid any disgruntled staff. That said, the bartender's service was still good in terms of providing drinks for my guests.

They treat people in walkers and wheelchair very unfairly not allowing them on field trips when their advertisement says differently and has been sewed for this. They are using state funds for trips that doesn't accommodate everyone to be included in the trip when all activities should be available to all members regardless of disabilities and discriminate against those in chairs. This needs to come to an end or maybe they deserved to be sewed. Many members have complained about this place. But when it comes to rentals for parties they put on a front acting as if their the best. When they really discriminate disabilities. Their advertising states for the blind to be allowed to enjoy life regardless of eyesight. Where is the American disability act laws step in. My cousin was discriminated from a certain restaurant because of her wheelchair telling her the restaurant does take chairs but yet ate at that restaurant 3 days later to find they had lied to her. Any little thing Theresa uses to band people from going. She really doesn't deserve her job there. She had made this place against AdA laws.

I attended a conference here for the second time. What a fantastic venue! It was the perfect configuration. Clean and modern. The mezzanine was nice and there were plenty of breakout rooms. Even a room to create video content. The food was delicious. Above all, the staff were top notch! We all appreciated their hard work, dedication and friendly demeanor. Highly recommend!

I went there for the One Rental at a Time event. The place was nice. They kept the place clean with over 200 people there. Service was good. Food was good. It's a big building. As a participant I thought the venue was great. The cupcakes and cake were brought by Mike but the hamburger and bowl was lunch for both Saturday's. Super flavorful.

This is not a helpful place, they do not understand what help blind people need, that's sad. They offer the easy stuff. This post was difficult to do but finally I got it. The lady Theresa got mad because I let her know how dumb they come across.also something needs to change with the Para Transit, it's the worst.

It is clearly designed for older people, and people in need of a meal. They love to act like they are doing so much, but they don’t. Where is their money even going? Also, they wouldn’t even let me walk out on my own, and one time, they turned off the air on us. Plus, I was there with a friend, and they were cooking something gross. I came into a dance class that was really people standing in a circle. Children and the elderly have places to go, but not eighteen plus.
