Although my 7yr old son has only been practicing at Body Works Marital Arts for approximately 6weeks. We have already seen a great improvement in his focus. Having attended the same Martial Arts school many years ago. We were excited to enroll our son and am very glad we did. From the owner MR. H. to all of his instructors. This is an excellent choice to build strength character respect and self discipline. I would highly recommend for anyone needing self confidence and or discipline and structure.

Highly recommend Bodyworks Martial Arts.The instructors really take the time to work with my son to make sure he feels comfortable with the skills presented during each class.I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for everything you've done to help my son throughout the years Mrs. Page💕. All of the instructors are fantastic! They spend time with all of the kids and make karate a lot of fun.My son have been training here for roughly 1 year, and the technique they've learned in a short period is amazing. The coaches keep the classes fun and engaging for kids, but with great structure. My son really look forward to training daily.

My son has been attending Bodyworks karate school for the last 5yrs. It has helped him focus and he really enjoys it. He currently is a junior black belt level 1. My daughter just started last year and she enjoys it as well. The school and the instructors are amazing!! Lots of longevity, which speaks volumes to their program.

Our son, who is 8 and the youngest of three, has never gotten into whatever sports his older brothers (15, 13) have tried. He has been attending Bodyworks since the end of December and he absolutely loves it. He enjoys his classes, his instructors, and makes an effort to participate and learn his techniques. This has been wonderful for him physically, socially, and emotionally, and we are looking forward to watching him learn and grow in this activity. Thank you to all the staff for everything you do!

In the short time that my son has belonged to BodyWorks, I see his confidence getting stronger. He has ADHD, yet the teachers keep the class interesting and keep the kids moving, so I find that he is listening and not getting easily bored. The assistant teachers are very helpful to the kids and keep moving around to give them individualized attention. The teachers are stern, sincere and fun, and you can tell they genuinely care about the kids and what they do. They make us feel like we're part of their family, and its nice to belong to a center that makes you feel that way. I highly recommend Bodyworks!

My 2 kids Really like Bodyworks Martial Arts Training Center. We started our experience here in August 2021. I absolutely love that this center provides not only physical exercise and skills, but also a discipline and philosophy of martial arts. We also love weapons classes here

Our 6 year old daughter has been with Bodyworks for about a year now. She started when she was 5, had never been involved in a group extracurricular activity and she takes such pride in her training.
Through each belt elevation, she grows in confidence and ability. Miss Page has been so patient and we enjoy our after school practices.

I have been going to Bodyworks for over 25 yrs now that my son is in the program looking to put both in and me and my fiance participate in the black belt training program currently BBTP. My son is in the program aspiring to get his black belt and be the best he can be. MR. Hardy and his family have built something special here. It is awesome to see the next generation take over the responsibilities and project that back into the dojo. MR. Graham is a blast, and attention to detail is un matched with some humor in there for the parents 😉. Your child will be learning so many fundamental challenges in life and learn how to overcome them. The students are great and the environment. Everyone is very supportive of one another, and there is no other dojo I have seen and been a part of with the same integrity of teaching as Bodyworks. The best place to learn and find your inner self. Great job to all the instructors. You are all Highly-qualified qualified and appreciated. Thank you all!
