I had an amazing experience at my new dentist! She was so sweet and thorough, answering all my questions and explaining everything in detail. They reviewed my CT, X-rays, and treatment plan, and even checked my insurance coverage upfront. I’m getting bonding, whitening, and a night guard, with most of the cost covered by insurance.Highly recommend this office!

Dr. Feng and the entire staff is warm and welcoming. She patiently listens to concerns and doesn’t try to promote unnecessary treatments. I was nervous when I got deep cleaning and fillings done but she made the entire experience pain free. The best orthodontist I’ve come across in North Dallas.

From scheduling to finish it was a smooth process.

The staff and facilities are very polished. The waiting room is impeccably clean and has tranquil vibe. It honestly feels more like a day spa than a dentist office. The receptionist Julie is kind and helpful with scheduling.

Dr. Feng is very patient and knowledgeable. She has a light touch, unlike our previous barbarian dentist who yank and pulled. She also speaks fluent Mandarin so communication with the parents was easy. The equipment they have are state of the art.

They took a CT scan of the head as well as our teeth. The location is also a plus.

They are located around the corner from Whole Foods and across the freeway from the Allen Outlet Mall.

Since finding sloan creek dental, they have not once made me feel like I was being dramatic for my feelings. Dr.Feng was very gentle ensuring I was ok with everything she was doing.
