This is a very nice location. It is newer, very clean, and easy to get in and out of. The main manager in charge is an incredibly sweet individual who genuinely cares about the learning journey of your child. We were blessed to be so close to this location and we sent our little girl here over the summer twice a week. She will have a leg up as she attends Kindergarten this year.

I am very impressed with this location. Everytime I drop off my daughter You immediately get a warm welcome. Jaime is someone who truly deeply cares about the students who attend. My daughter really enjoys going and learning. She will be ready for kindergarten.

TSIA tutoring:

We went to Sylvan for Texas Sucess Initiative Assessment tutoring. My H.S. student needed help for the math section. Studying alone and then with my help wasn't enough. With about a month to go, I inquiried with sevral tutoring companies. Sylvan was one of only two that responded and the o ly one that called me back.

Jamie, the director, worked with us to find the right tutor and came up with a lesson plan specifically for the TSIA test. It worked!

Sylvan charged a resonable price, Jamie was great at setting it all up and with communication, and the tutor was great and personable.

We love the Sylvan Center. My son Armando is becoming more confident in his reading and we have seen so much improvement in his reading skills. We highly recommend the Sylvan Center in Murphy TX. They will definitely take the time to teach your child the skills they need to develop to become a better reader.

Wonderful center. My daughter was having trouble reading in 1st grade. The ladies here worked very well with her and got her caught up on no time! She was actually sad when she finished her last session because she wanted to keep going. We are just starting with my older daughter this week and can't wait to see the progress she makes.

I know I got my kids in the right place the first day I stepped into this Location. Sylvan Learning Murphy is pretty new. Janet protrayed professional ethics and guided me through the available and appropriate sessions for my kids. I began to see changes with my 4th grader when he talks more about his math skills. My 2nd grader also found interest in reading Chapter books. Then the positive office referrals from school started coming in. I was glad I made this location my choice. Not sure about other learning centers out there, but you will get results for what you paid for at Sylvan Learning Murphy. I am glad I was not discouraged with the cost.
One could tell that the Teachers at this location are skilled and know thier onions. If value remains same, I 'll stick with them as long as my kids enjoy learning here.
