My experience with Zion Kidz Academy was wonderful from the director to the staff everyone welcome my granddaughter and I with love, respect. When I was laid off from my job I can’t explain the support that was given to me when I really needed it the most. I couldn’t had picked a better Academy for my granddaughter. I love this place!! I contemplated long and hard about leaving a review. I felt it was necessary due to my wife and I previously trying to find our toddler a great daycare and being overwhelmed with contradictory reviews. If you are needing a hands on daycare that will be attentive to your children then this is not the daycare for them. In my opinion it wasn’t the worst daycare but we needed better. I won’t go into detail about our personal experience because it’s a lot but I will honestly say that there was an excessive amount of children and an inadequate number of staffing. I know how hard it can be for us parents to find a great daycare for our children so I hope this helps!

My girls have been going to Zion Kidz since they were 3 and 4 months. They are now 3 years old and 1 year old. Absolutely love all the staff. They are like family. Atmosphere is always positive, very clean, professional and most of all, my kids come out knowing more and more each time they come home. Love it there and will be sad when it’s time for big kid school.

The staff are amazing and extremely patient with the children. I been taking my son here for 3 years now and I absolutely love them. Prayer before each meal and nap time they also help with potty training. Would highly recommend. Also have an after school program for those who have little ones in school. Go check them out

I don’t know how to thank everyone in this great day care, they made me feel so safe leaving my one year son with them, they are lovable and they care so much. Time with them is useful even for babies, they teach them things and sing and dance with them. Also so clean and organized. Thank you so much and may God bless everyone of you. I highly recommend this day care for everyone

Love them 😍❤️, very loving , caring , family oriented group of people. Very affordable, my son has been enrolled since he was 3 months he is now 19 months i havent had any problems or concerns about them , they love him and he most definitely loves them. coming from someone who was very skeptical about putting my baby in daycare , ive grown to love and trust them with my kids , now about to enroll my newborn , best decision i couldve made as for as child care !

All of my kids have attended here. It is always clean and organized. Every holiday the kids have a celebration. Summer is full of fun field trips. The staff is very peronalable and the kids love it. I would recommend it to anyone!!

They have HORRIBLE SERVICE..! I Never felt Welcomed as a parent, Not since Day 1..! I gave them a chance but last Strike with Me..!! I came in to pick up my kids and right after I submitted a payment by cash drop I see my daughter face and it's a DEEP Bleeding scratch by the crack of her eye, you can tell it was intentionally done by another kid.. I asked everybody/ staff what happened and got No Response, (Except I Don't Know).. None of them act caring, just giving me O-Well get over it type of attitude..It's clear as day they do not have enough staff working there to watch all the kids in class, for ages 2- 3 or until potty trained.. My daughter is only 2 she can't talk or say who did what, I also noticed once I came home I seen more scratches under shirt on her chest..
They are unprofessional, I asked for payment back after I seen my daughter eye and director advised me, that is her money and I'm not getting it back to give to somebody else..
Month just begin its the 9th, Today.. I had three people jumping on me, and all I was trying to do was get my money back..!!! Police was called and nothing resolved, said its it's a civil matter and they pressed assault charges on me..! I CRAZY BS I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED 5/9/2019..!!
I wouldn't bring my kids to this daycare/church ever again, I would advise you to run the other direction, Not A Godly Place At All..!!!
