My first contact with Sylvan was with Samantha. The second we spoke I could tell that this tutor experience would be great for my daughter. Sam is kind, professional, and extremely efficient. My daughter excelled and gained confidence with sylvan and we will never forget our experience! I will definitely be coming back when its time for college testing. The other staff members are also kind and professional and everyone makes sure that your children are safe and happy!

This review is only of staff and atmosphere/environment during the assessment phase. Our family considered Sylvan as part of our homeschooling curriculum. Worth looking into. Clearly experienced with children and customer service. While the program did not meet scheduling and budgeting constraints at this time, I would happily use them in the future should everything align.

Sylvan has been such an incredible experience for my son. I enrolled my 1st grader into Sylvan Learning of West Richardson the staff are very helpful and accommodating to my son's needs. Their evaluation did an excellent job of identifying the areas that my son is struggling with. I highly recommend this learning center. I am very pleased. Elijah looks forward to his tutoring sessions, and it's honestly building his confidence in his own abilities which is amazing to continue to watch him grow and tackle obstacles with a can do attitude.

Sylvan has a pleasant atmosphere with a very professional staff. The staff is very flexible when it comes to rescheduling and they are great with communication. I've noticed a huge difference in my son's confidence in Reading since attending Sylvan.

I am still waiting on a refund from July 2023 and they want me to keep paying the minimum payment for a service that I am not receiving. I have spoken to Vanessa who is very polite; but the owner needs to settle this as this holds my credit in jeopardy.

I love this place! Holly is always so kind and knowledgeable. I have given them complete control over my daughters Math curriculum, and she went from a 75 the first six weeks to an 89 the second six weeks. She has only been going part time due to my work schedule but am so happy that I put her in here! Not to mention she loves going! Thank you guys for all you do ❤️
