I had the misfortune of missing an Aspen wedding and instead being whisked off Snowmass Mtn and delivered to Aspen ER. What a wonderful little hospital! Everyone, from the ambulance crew to the hospital staff to the office personnel were 5 star plus. Very accommodating, very personal. I felt like I made several new friends that afternoon. Thank you to all who took care of me that Saturday, August 17 afternoon/evening. I wish i could remember all of your names to thank you individually! Hugs to you all.

Amazing patient care! The staff were knowledgeable, friendly & attentive. The CT scan rad tech was extremely funny which is a nice change from the “stuffy” medical professionals nowadays. We also did not have to wait hours for care. We highly recommend this hospital’s ER.

Everyone was super nice and attentive. Fast too! Anyway Shana was awesome. Dr. Ayres was the best Dr I’ve seen in a long time. He even had Snowmass PD come not only to check on me but to also tell me I had to go back for surgery. 5 stars 5 everyone!

Emergency room signage seemed in need of improvements. Facilities are clean and organized from our view. Staff is pleasant, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. The greatest asset in any environment is the people, your staff make you great! Excellent experience that you hope you never have to use. Thanks to everyone of you!

Always a pleasant experience at AVH Emergency Room. I’ve been in there several times for myself and my kids. Never had to wait more than five mins in the waiting room and all the staff is knowledgeable with great bedside manner.

Good experience. Professionals did an excellent job. My only criticism is that it takes too long for results and to be discharged. However, my experience is that almost all emergency rooms are slow in delivering results. That said, proper and careful care is more important.

Arrived via ambulance with severe pain from kidney stone. The staff, all of them, were amazing. I felt cared for from the second I arrived. Within 15-minutes, scans were completed and I had a diagnosis. The correct medications, at the correct doses with the least side effects were administered and I was feeling relief from the pain relatively quickly. Communication was excellent and upon discharge, withing a couple of hours, I was given detailed information on how to manage my issue when I returned home. I'm so grateful for the compassion, friendliness and professionalism exhibited by the Aspen Valley Hospital staff. Thank you.

Anytime one needs to go to the ER it can be a bit scary. I was greeted by the most warm and lovely people. They took great care of me and handled everything in a timely and professional manner. I feel very grateful for their kindness and help.
