James is an extraordinary dermatologist. He is Professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and very handsome. I just had to put that out there lol. This is my first time coming here getting my deep chemical peel to remove my acne and wrinkles. I was so scared at first I thought it was gonna hurt, but he was very gentle with me, and it didn’t hurt at all. I had an amazing service thank you so so much James for being one of a kind. I highly recommend this place. It is Affordable and quick.

am writing to express my disappointment with the laser hair removal services I received under the unlimited sessions package I purchased for one year. Despite attending regular sessions as advised by your staff, I have seen minimal results, which is far below my expectations for the treatment.

I was further frustrated when I learned that the yearly unlimited option I had initially purchased was canceled, and no satisfactory resolution was offered to address the lack of progress during the year it was available. I brought up my concerns about the ineffectiveness of the treatments at the time, but unfortunately, little was done to rectify the situation or provide an alternative solution.

Given the significant investment I made in this service, I expected better results and customer care. I would appreciate it if you could review my case and propose a fair resolution, whether it be extending my treatment plan or offering a refund.

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now and it’s great! I’ve gotten laser hair removal, lip injections, facials, and laser tattoo removal - all with excellent results! Everyone from the technicians to the front desk staff is always really nice and accommodative, the prices are great, and they have different specials each month. I’m sure I’ll keep returning for as long as I live in Austin!

I’m a licensed cosmetologist & was looking to broaden my services so I signed up for the facials from the ground up course. In the past I’ve taken continuing Ed classes that felt like “fluff” you leave with a certificate but don’t exactly have confidence to use what you learned. This course made me confident in doing facials (with minimal prior knowledge) and Kristi was great! (So much that I specifically asked her name so I’d remember lol) she made me feel comfortable asking questions and we were able to work on models as well for practice. Cant wait for my next class!
