Everything about this company was extremely professional and helpful. I completed my level 3 security course online and then they were very helpful with answering all of my questions on the next steps and helped me find someone in my area to do my defensive tactics and firearm training. I cannot recommend them enough! For someone starting a new career in private security and knew absolutely nothing, this course was a godsend.

Shannon was absolutely INCREDIBLE . I was able to go through him and get my level two security license and a great job from there. He is a GREAT INSTRUCTOR and also sets you up with all your logins to monitor the status of your license as it goes through the process. He is absolutely professional , quick and efficient to make sure you are prepared and understanding the responsibilities. He can certify you all the way up to level four if you looking to upgrade your life go get your security license and training through him

I enrolled in the level 3 class for online, was very directive with instructions through out the course and after completion received my certificate for the written part, then went to a provided range 407 gun club to do my range portion. The range instructor was very helpful in any questions i had and the range was a really nice set up would recommend 10/10.

The company replies back to you instantly. Very professional and friendly. Had no issues accommodating to me. And most importantly they came together to create a course for other fellow Officers to take online. It’s convenient and thoughtful especially with how busy most people are. 100% recommend them. 💕

May not be a scam but it did take a negative review to be called back for the fire arms testing . they did correct everything however, it shouldn't have taken the bad review to get a response. But the course are quick and easy to understand. Id recommend the course to others.

Last month I signed up to get the Level II, Level III and O.C. certifications, and I was very pleased with the material. It was pretty straight forward, and not difficult to complete all 3 in 1 day (since I have prior LE experience and was a trainer as well), but you can easily take your time at home and finish all in a week. I spoke to Lucas on the phone to guide me and he couldn't have been more helpful. I will highly recommend TSA to anyone I know that wants to get a certification. Thank you Texas Security Academy.
