I wanted to get back into the medical field, I just didn't think that I had what it took. I pondered on where to start; I made a few inquiries at different schools. Ms. Alexies from iMed reached out to me and answered all of my questions and encouraged me to take my time, and she was there if I needed her. I started this July, and it was the best decision I made. My instructor Lisa McKenzie is a God sent. She takes her time and repeats if necessary (me :)). It is rare when you find a place that actually cares.

Medical Assistant Program was awesome. My instructor even helped me find a job and prepare for my certification exam. I was nervous to do medical but Ms. Lisa was a huge blessing and always gave encouragement and positive feedback

Love love love it! Ms. Lisa has been the best teacher I could ask for, she’s very understanding and willing to take the extra mile which is something I’m very grateful for. I highly recommend this school, Very professional and understanding! But you have to put in work! I miss my teacher Mrs. Taylor 😂 she made sure I was there in class, if not” she was calling or texting me… And Mrs. Floyd the Director was always pushing me to finish when times I wanted to give up! Cause it’s not easy” but it’s mostly definitely worth it! Oh yeah Can’t forget about Ms. Alexis, she is awesome 🤩

Update: I have received my certificate and I have been reimbursed for my books.

Don’t get me wrong, I liked my teachers and learned a little but DON’T WAIST YOUR TIME!!! This school is VERY unprofessional……. I finished my courses in June of 2021 and I’m still waiting for a graduation, certificate, hell, something. I paid out of my pocket for books and to get my HIPAA certification, which I was supposed to be reimbursed but never was. I’ve made several attempts to get my certificate and I still don’t have one. Just a total waste of time!!!
