Great customer service the team was very pleasant to work with. Price was competitive. The installer was very meticulous and the job turned out perfect. It is rare for me to write a review, but this is a well-deserved review. I was so impressed with the customer service I received from Ashley on the first day I walked into the store I never actually got another quote. The level of service continued with Brandon. The quality of the work is amazing. The installer did a phenomenal job and left the site clean of debris and trash. I was pleased with the cost and blown away by the service and installation. You do really get what you pay for. Thank you

Job Well Done by Flooring Inspirations Roanoke! I believe Steve and his crew did our new floors about 2 years ago. They were in Grapevine at the time. Anyway, we had a water leak damage and had to replace our carpet, so we went with laminate interlocking floors. When they came to work, we asked about leveling the foundation floor so the new floors would be level. They said it didn't need it. Now after a year or so, my floors are coming up and not interlocking. They are loose and coming up in a lot of places. There crew were more interested in finishing up a more expensive job, and I feel like they just rushed to do our small job. The project manager had to come to our house to see the process and had to have their men come back to finish. (didn't show up on some days) I would not recommend them; they are more interested in the half million-dollar homes. They disappeared from Grapevine, and I thought they went out of business, this is why I didn't contact them. Even though I really think they will not do anything about my floors now. VERY DISAPPOINTED! WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
