We love Children's Park. Both of my children (9 & 4) have been enrolled at Children's Park for years. They provide after school care/transportation and summer care. My four year old has learned so much in the Pre-K program this year. Leadership is always helpful and attentive when I have a question or concern. I feel very confident that the Children's Park teachers care for the children and want to enrich them. Highly recommend!

Used to be a really great daycare when the old director Teresa or even Bobbi was there.

Now since management has changed it’s gone down hill bad . I’ll miss this kids but not the work environment. They are constantly out of stock of many items to keep the cleanliness of the daycare. Such as baby wipes, floor cleaner, Lysol, toilet bowl cleaner, ect.

When incidents happen with other teachers and they can’t figure out what happened or who did it . They forge other teachers signatures on incident reports and give them to the parents when the incident never occurred with that teacher.

They have a 4k Ant issue that they refuse to fix and then blame teachers for children getting bit. Yes , if you refuse to fix a pest issue the child is going to get bit. That is out of the teachers control.

Cameras Do not work so they are un aware of what happens in the classroom!

There is absolutely no teacher support and they let parents talk to you like garbage.

This was just my experience and I’m so glad me and my baby are out ✌️

We are from Indiana and was visiting family in the area several weeks ago. My husband and I wanted to go do some sight seeing and knew our son (3) wouldn't want to be out and about all day with nothing to do. Our son's cousin attends this daycare so we asked if we could send him for the day to have fun and spend time with his cousin. The staff was more than accommodating, super friendly, and put my mind at ease. I don't just let anyone watch our son. I felt very comfortable that he was in great hands! The staff took pictures throughout the day and sent them to us so we could see he was having a great time. If we lived here, I would definitely put him in this daycare. He was so happy to be there he didn't want to leave. He still talks about going to play with his friends at his cousins school (as he calls it). They made a lasting impression on him as well as myself.

My daughter has been going here for almost a year & graduated Pre-K here. She also spent most of her summer here Mon-Friday. She starts kinder elsewhere next week and we are so sad to leave. She has learned so much and developed so much since attending Children's Park. I highly recommend taking your child here. Our girl has had so many fun learning adventures and loved her time with this school.

My daughter has attended Children's Park since she was 8 weeks old. We toured several schools in Rockwall and this one felt like home to us. We have felt welcome since day one and have always felt like our daughter was in great hands. She will be starting their Private Kindergarten in the fall and is so excited to continue growing with CP!!! The staff always seems happy to see my daughter and I feel like they love her as if she is their own! We can't wait to start our infant this fall!

Do not take your kids here. The new assent director told the kitchen girl they need to put kids on leaches and walk them around like dogs. Most of the "teachers" there have no training at all with kids nor being teachers. Only a few good ones there care about the kids. Others it's just a paycheck. They don't care if they make or not. Cps has been up there so many times because of how they are with kids. Most of them don't even have a GED which is required. My kids have came home with marks that none of them know what happened because they stay on their phones more then they tend to the kids.

Please do not enroll your child here. Only a few of the teachers seem to care and they are not willing to work with parents. My child hated coming here and I should’ve listened to my gut instinct and withdrawn him sooner. I asked to be involved as my child was having behavior issues and consistently was blown off. Side note - they also misplace personal items and then never give them back. We lost jackets and multiple toys to this facility.
