I absolutely love coming here! It’s such a great exercise and wonderful group of ladies. If you’re trying to relax, there’s yoga if you’re trying to build strength there are so many options here for you. If you want to build strength, conditioning and confidence, Pole Class can’t be beat.

I’ve been going to aerial yoga at Body Synergie since March and I love their studio! The instructors are great and they have so many different classes. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for something fun and different, go see my girl Lauren!

We brought our baby for Craniosacral therapy with Jonathan and we saw such an improvement after the first session! We did a total of 3 sessions and have seen such an improvement in his feeding and gas. Highly recommend if you’re baby is having issues feeding or gas issues.

What a great place to get a piece of mind. The place is wonderful, Jessica is a wonderful teacher. Very soft spoken and very easy to follow. I would recommended Body Synergie to anyone for beginners Yoga and beyond. It was my first time on 2-20-19. The people in the class where so nice and encouraging. I cannot wait to go back. If it's a first time for you, try beginners Yoga, I bet you will love it too !

Jonathan is AMAZING!!! I was not familiar with craniosacral therapy but after having issues breastfeeding our baby, my lactation consultant highly recommended we go see Jonathan. He was so kind and gentle with our baby and after one session, he was transferring over 3oz of milk!!

I went to Jessica's mixed-level yoga class, and even though I'm just a beginner, I not only survived, but I had the best yoga workout I've ever had! It was relatively quick-paced and a great challenge. I really appreciate that she will come to you and adjust your pose if she sees you're struggling. I live out of town, but I intend on coming back to Body Synergie SOON.

Jessica and her instructors are excellent and do their jobs incredibly well. I plan to attend classes as long as I can, for every visit is well worth it. Practicing at this studio is a smart and valuable investment for your health, social capital, and lifestyle.
