Instructors are super sweet but SUSAN is horrible ! My daughter has NEVER missed a drive session until last week when she had Covid when I explained the situation she lied and said someone reached out to me to find out what was going on , no one did . I reached out to them to inform them she had Covid . They told me to just cancel online . When I explained the situation person she was super rude and said I need a doctors note or $40. The money isn’t the issue it was how absolutely I compassionate and rude she was . I’m almost positive I can guess why , especially since other students fees have been waived for illness .

I’m giving them a 3 because I won’t discredit the super sweet instructors but she needs a lesson or two in business management and people skills . Her customer service 1/10 ! & 4.9 rating is because students are asked to leave a 5 star review ! Wish I would have known majority of reviews were student asked and not actual experience .

This place is so great! Well organized, easy process and they walk you through every step. We have driven from McKinney for both my kids to complete their driving school with this company and both times have been a wonderful experience. I highly recommend!

I had a concerning experience at this driving test center. I took my cousin for the test, and before he had even finished driving, I was handed a sealed envelope indicating that he had passed. This raises serious questions about how thoroughly they evaluate drivers. For the safety of the public, I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for a legitimate driving test.

I just took my road test here earlier today and it was a great and very stress free experience! Sarah is a amazing instructor, she is very patient and polite and she took the time to explain everything that we needed for not only the road test but also after when we go to the DPS. I would 100% recommend this driving school to anyone looking for a place to take their road test! Thank you guys so much!!

My son started with Parent Taught, and I have some questions for him as he prepares to get his license. Sarah took the time to explain everything to me, go over my paperwork, and schedule the driving test. I would highly recommend this driving school.

Just took my test with Sarah. Did a pre test to help my nerves and practice my parallel parking. The method i learned for parking is super easy! Sarah is amazing and I highly recommend anyone with anxiety to do a pre test. Super smooth process as well and she showed me everything on how to get an appointment with dps

This was a wonderful driving school. The teachers helped my brother gain confidence through educating him in class and on the road. Mr. Thomas was patient and thorough. The lady who administered the test was super cheerful and kind. I’d recommend this place to anyone!
