I cannot express enough how phenomenal this real estate establishment is,and our realtor Sara stoll,the lenders they use,homebridge and the big boss! We started with another realtor and nothing happened.we stumbled onto judgefite and they all came together as a team and were relentless in not only finding a buyer for our home but finding us the perfect home! Do not trust this Century 21 and Real Esate Agent, Liberty Shumake. They gave the key to a squatter without the funds being verified. The supposed funds never cleared and she still gave them the key to a house via the lockbox. Their buyer generated a fake screenshot of a wire transfer. Imagine how you would feel if she gave a key to your property without escrew being closed. A TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) complaint has been filed against her and her brokerage. Real Estate agents beware of your lockboxes when Liberty Shumake is showing your house. If i could give this review 0 star to this agency I would without question
