My son went here when I had health insurance for metal health and alcohol and drug abuse,and they were all for helping but couldn't get my son ito go because he wanted other option thru Carrollton TX, they wanted to get him in so bad with my insurance, but Z went to rehab in scurry then sober living.
Z did great for a while and started drinking and falling into depression again while abusing alcohol again recently and he checked himself into a 10 detox near Plano and they gave us referrals with places that helped clients with being indigent, they set him up and brought him in and after 1st interview gave him 2nd appt he came home with the all clear, my son has been evaluated with bipolar schizophrenia and anxiety with depression by several clinics, I believe all because he was indigent they didn't want to help. Now my son is in jail for disorderly and other things all because this place says he's OK. No medical medicine and he reverted to alcohol to bury the demons. This place needs to be held accountable and reviewed for inability to properly diagnose. Go else where. They don't even respond to complaints or confront them.

Don't go here. It is the same as some of the other reviews. They will not help you when your medication does not work. They will try and milk your insurance for as many visits as they can but will not change your medication. The doctor is never in, and they'll tell you to come see a nurse so she can report to the doctor what needs to be changed. Then the doctor, who's never in, will tell you to wait to come see the doctor to change your meds. All while your meds aren't working and you are not doing well at all. This has been going on almost a month since we've requested a med change, and NOTHING has been done. We keep getting appointments that have NOTHING to do with changing meds, but we're told they are. Dr Alvine is a joke she doesn't care about her patients well being at all. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

This place is absolute trash. Avoid at all costs. They will throw heavy drugs at your loved one and then when the loved one reacts badly and you call literally 20 times in a week for help, calls are not returned, psychiatrists cannot be reached until they are in office once a week, and emergency situations are ignored, all while your loved one suffers.
I made a huge mistake trying to get my loved one help here.
Don’t let your loved one or yourself slip through the cracks of this facility, and possibly lose their life.

This is An AMAZING Community Center. The entire staff, counselors, doctors and Community is Wonderfully helpful and kind, considerate and a True Blessing to the Dallas Community and the state of Texas. I am so Very Honored and Grateful to receive services from this Incredibly Loving Family and Community. They surround you with Love, Compassion and Heart and Soul. Terrible facility, they may seem like they want to help but the telemedicine scheme is just fraudulent. Patients are getting the proper treatment and the councilors are overwhelmed and don’t follow protocol. Over prescribed Ssri medication isn’t helpful.
