My daughter plays club volleyball for Coach Mark at Amerisport and absolutely loves it! It’s her first year back, and we’ve already seen huge progress in her skills and confidence. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, which makes the experience even better. Highly recommend!

NOTES ABOUT THIS VISIT: My first visit here was August 21, 2023 During their grand opening. During their grand opening, there were lots of players on most of the 12 courts. Player skill level then 2.5 – 4.25. On Sunday 1/23/2025 only one court 6 players. Skill level 3.3 – 3.7

The parking at this place is absolutely ridiculous. People parking in fire-lanes, making spots throughout the property. The city of Rockwall should require establishments like this one to provide ample parking for the events they hold here. At a tournament there will be a minimum of around 432 cars if you average the players. If other family comes to support the team, there could easily be 600+. This place is a hazard to the spectators, the fire marshal would have a hay day. For the amount of money that parents spend on this is ridiculous to not hold these venues responsible. I saw the overflow parking but the “shuttle service” couldn’t move people fast enough.

2/16/2025 ***UPDATE***

Parking is still horrible even after it appears they expanded the parking. The owners should step it up and actually fix the issue. The cars in the fire lane is unacceptable. The amount of money places like these generate you would think they would put back into the property. This year there were all kinds of holes in the Sheetrock inside.

Great Facility, but Pricing Could Be Improved

Overall, this is a really nice sports complex—well-maintained and a great venue for tournaments. The only downside was the lack of a weekend pass option for a weekend-long tournament. Instead, spectators had to pay a daily fee, which added up quickly. I understand the need to fund the facility, but a weekend rate would have been a more convenient and budget-friendly option for families attending multiple days.

Our boys are 7 & 9 have been playing basketball here for a little over a year now. Every staff member they have has always been welcoming and kind to our family and the coaching staff has been incredible for our boys as they learn the sport that they have grown to love. We will continue to recommend this place to all of our friends and family!

Our children have been participating in volleyball and basketball programs for more than a month now, and have thoroughly enjoyed their time here. The coaches are exceptional, the facilities are well-maintained, and the cafeteria offers a satisfactory selection of food options.

However, we have encountered some challenges with the front desk staff. On multiple occasions, we have found that they lack essential information about programs, practice schedules, and other important details. This has led to frustration and inconvenience.

Furthermore, our interactions with the receptionist have been disappointing. We have experienced rudeness and a lack of helpfulness, which is not in line with the high standards we have come to expect from your facility.

To enhance the overall experience, I suggest providing front desk staff with comprehensive training on program details, practice schedules, and customer service skills. Improving phone etiquette and responsiveness would also be beneficial.

I have mix feelings about this place. The competition ( girls volleyball) is excellent and consistent .

The bad, definitely the parking lot. It is always full and takes you a long time to park. The second bad and definitely probably a deal breaker for me is the schedule. Ninety percent of her games during the winter season was scheduled on a Monday at 5pm. And this Spring season, all of her games except two are
also on Mondays at 5pm.
