i know they saw me coming with this.
where do i even begin, my kids had been going to this daycare for almost 5 years if we include my oldest. i finally made the choice to take them out, honestly i should have along time ago. let me start by saying my kids were never in immediate danger due to me only working part time so i didn’t take them here too often, but also my 4 year old the teachers themselves were great. they are not included in this. we will miss said teachers . however my issue is with the staff , the people who run the facility. i can’t tell you how many times they have made me feel unwelcomed , felt like i was being gossiped on, hid from when i would come back down from dropping my son off upstairs and i come down and suddenly all the staff is gone . the daycare is run by immature school girls who never grew up and care more about their personal lives then running a safe and fun environment for the kids. this all started when i decided to inform the daycare that one of their teachers was doing something unsafe and that it needed to be corrected. it was a very serious issue. i became friends with said teacher and realized she was doing something that was not ok. i didn’t bring it up immediately i sat on it and it was eating me up inside wondering if i didn’t say something kids were going to get hurt. and that i did, i told them and from then forward the energy shifted. they treated me like i was the issue. but i brushed them off because at the end of the day i knew i did the right thing. but it cost the way they treated me going forward . i can take a lot , but the moment people start treating my kids like they don’t belong or like they are a problem we’re done , i took my kids out. they are a family owned daycare so they are going to stick together if you get on their bad side and they will be talking about you. i am a very observant person so i did in fact notice everything. i chose to brush it off because i believed my 4 year old was safe in his classroom , i liked that they have cameras so i could check in on him. my oldest would also come home and tell me about the things the night staff teachers would talk about inappropriate things like their body parts, the teenagers they hire talk crap on me as a mother and talk crap on a 4 year old, also just doing things you shouldn’t be doing in front of kids. i’m grateful im not bringing my kids to this daycare anymore they do not know how to efficiently run it, it seems like they opened this daycare so they can be with eachother and get paid. not in the interest of giving the kids a safe place. the new daycare my son is at has a schedule of what they do throughout the day on the wall of actually prepping them for school. this daycare doesn’t even know how to keep the older kids entertained at the end of the day they just stand there and babysit. i thought i could make it work with them but they seriously never treated me right. i imagine i will not be the only one that could have this experience. others might have a good experience with this daycare i guess if we were comparing it to abc great beginnings down the street i would say probably this one would be better. but like i said if you get on their bad side they will turn everyone there against you and you will feel the heat of that and your kids will be blamed for everything . which i find ironic because after i decided to take my son out, we ran into a kid in his class at a fast food place who was swearing up a storm. my kid swore yes , he went through his phase and i genuinely worked on it . never did i think other kids were also doing it because they made it sound like it was only my kid and he was the reason everytime for both of my kids whenever something happened. not only that but one of the teachers who told me to take my oldest out her kid hit my kid in the face his last day there. so i guess if you work there and your kid does something it’s fine. but shame other moms and other kids. makes sense.

I highly recommend Little Critters Learning Center to anyone looking for a daycare. The owners are responsible and dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment. Toni is a great teacher who cares for my daughter with exceptional patience and skill. She ensures each child receives individual attention and care. It's a great comfort knowing my daughter is in such capable hands. Little Critters Learning Center is indeed a wonderful place for children.

My son has been at little critters since he was an infant. They have always been great to communicate with me and make me feel like it is safe to leave my son there. When I speak with his teachers I can tell that they love him which gives me comfort when I know I can’t be with him. I have been so pleased with their willingness to work with me as I am a teacher and I have summer breaks off. They welcome my son back after the summer and I don’t have to stress about him having a spot. I would recommend them to anyone. The prices are a little higher than surrounding daycares, but you get what you pay for, good quality.

It’s been about 9 months that my baby Hayden (He’s 4) lol has been with Little Critters. My Husband and I were so nervous to put our baby of 4 kiddos in preschool/daycare, but after taking a tour to help make our decision, we were amazed at how clean and well kept this facility is. It doesn’t stop there the staff is amazing so kind and professional. His teachers are so loving and truly care for him. Knowing he is in good hands is such a relief for over protective parents! My Babe has learned so much in the short months he has been there. He enjoys school and loves going. I appreciate you Little Critters so much! Thank you! Happy 12th Birthday!

We absolutely LOVE Little Critters! Our 3 year old daughter Livia has been going here since she was about 3 months old. We were referred to them by our very good friends and are so happy we signed her up. The owners, admin and teachers here are all familiar and so incredibly sweet with her. They send home adorable crafts daily and are always throwing fun holiday parties. Livia's growth from being at this center shines even at home! She is constantly singing new nursery songs that she learned at day care, asking to read books when she gets home, using her manners, and even scolding mom and dad for saying the word "stupid" Hahaha. They have even been amazing with helping us get her potty trained!! Every day when we drop her off and pick her up we leave with a big smile on our faces because we know she is happy there and she is in good hands. I love this school! I have seen 110% improvement in my child's development and social skills! They have an amazing staff that is always willing to help no matter the situation is! I was so nervous about putting my daughter into daycare/preschool but Little Critters has erased any worry I had! Love love them!

Wonderful and friendly staff! My son, Daniel did attend Little Critters for a year and half. He made a lot of friends who he still plays with during the year. He enjoyed Mrs. Luz class which he learned Spanish! Amazing teachers who are sweet, kind and loving. It made me at ease knowing he was well taken care of and in a safe place on a daily basis. Nice to have him dropped off and picked up to and from school which saved me!! Thank you drivers:)
The facility and classrooms are clean,neat and well structured with their daily menu and activities. Hannaleigh, my daughter has been attending for 2 years and is currently attending Mrs. Ginney's Pre-K class which she Loves! She is learning new skills everyday. We both enjoy talking about her day. Thank you Little Critters for taking great care of my daughter and keeping her safe.

I really appreciate the staff at Little Critters. The owner was especially helpful in answering any question, letting me tour the facility and helping me feel comfortable leaving my children there. It has been a great experience. I have taken my kids to day care places before where they cry when I leave, Not a this one. They love it and I love that they are safe and cared for.
