Emily is awesome!! She’s down to earth and wants to help you succeed. She’s very flexible with time which is wonderful with those who have busy schedules (even though she’s quite busy herself). She’s funny and it’s clear she cares about you! Highly recommend coming here if you’re thinking about getting certified for Phlebotomy and/or CPR.

Emily is an amazing instructor! She works well with your schedule, isn't pushy, and is extremely attentive. I found her to be approachable whenever I had questions and everything is really taken at your pace. The classes are super small and very hands on right from the start!

I was job hunting while obtaining my certification and I can't believe how helpful she was! Seriously. I've never had an instructor help out so much!

10/10 recommend. I'll be coming back up to Emily whenever I need to get my BLS/CPR!
