Had my blood drawn recently and it was a good experience. The registrar was friendly and check in was smooth. They got me back quickly and the phlebotomist did a great job! I barely even felt the needle and didn't bruise at all.

Ive never wrote a review before, but the ER at this hospital extremely worrying. My family and myself have all had bad experiences at this hospital. We try to avoid this hospital at all costs, but unfortunately this situation felt like life or death.I couldn't make it to another hospital. When at the BC hospital They got mad at me when I physically couldn't stand on the weight scale, because I was passing out. They tried checking my heart with a stethoscope but I was shaking and couldn't control the pain or my breathing. The doctor yelled and me and told me "I'm not going to take you seriously if you keep acting this way!". They were not listening to my husband or myself at all. They kept asking me if I was on drugs. I was NOT taken seriously at all. When I was being checked out from the hospital the doctor implied to me that I was faking it. Even though my heartrate was erratic above 180, I was throwing up, passing out, in extreme pain. I was in bed sleeping when all the symptoms started. Looking back at my paper work it says they "recommended admitting me to the hospital to keep monitoring me, but I insisted I wanted to go home." This never happened. They told me I should go home. If it was my choice I would have stayed. I will never set foot in that hospital again. I will take the risk of driving to ogden. I hope this hospital improves. I worry for other patients..

The folks staffing check in & information are VERY kind! They earnestly try to help everyone who comes in. I've been well treated by friendly people.

I've been here for blood work a few times. Some of the phlebotomists don't read the doctor's instructions, so ask how many vials they are to draw BEFORE they have to poke you a 2nd time! I found that mistake to be very unprofessional.

When I've gone, the wait has been fairly long. Not sure if there's a time that's less busy.

Normally I don’t do these but last night was probably the worst I’ve ever had. Not only did I feel like the doctor didn’t believe me and made me feel like I was a liar. I felt like I was wasting his time. Not o oh that the nurse never put on gloves when she dealt with my iv. The only reason I know this is because my best friend told me about it. Her name bladge was turned over so we couldn’t get her name either.
I was so scared and yet being treated like I was a liar was just so hard.

On a beautiful Sunday morning I don't know how my experience could have been any better! The kind folks here were amazing! I had what I thought was a medical issue that they promptly got me in and out of there within 2 hours. The price I paid was well worth the peace of mind I received out of the visit. Very caring establishment! I know it was a Sunday morning and it was probably slow but I thought I was in for a day at the ER and after a chest x-ray, blood work, ECg & a Troponin test I was in and out in 2 hours like I mentioned earlier! very impressed and they were super kind to me... Even though I'm a big baby they didn't treat me like one 😉

Nathan did my MRI today and he was wonderful throughout the whole process. He took extra steps to make sure I was safe and comfortable and he plays really good music during the procedure! Brigham Hospital has always taken good care of me and my family.

I had a colonoscopy and EDG on January in 2025. In their small outpatient surgery unit. I was there for approximately three hours. They billed $13,567.87 for that. It’s three times what it should be. This is what’s wrong with our healthcare system. This is why people don’t go to the doctor. The system is a rip off.
