I had the most seamless and wonderful experience at this location. They really listened to me and took all of my needs into consideration. The transaction was fair. The customer service was incredible. And we love our new car. I cannot recommend this dealership and their team enough. HUGE shout out to the team who took care of us. Kory the GM was so engaging and supportive. Mike the sales manager was so down to earth and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. And our sales guy Joseph Hogan made it a fun and stress free experience. 10/10 recommend.

My experience with Skyler at Young Ford Brigham was fantastic!! I had an issue with my truck that another ford dealer was not able to fix. Skyler and his team knocked it out of the park! They made it so simple, fast, and smooth! Even went the extra mile and provided a loaner car! When I picked up my truck I was also greeted by the GM Kory and he thanked me for choosing Young Ford Brigham. These guys are TOP NOTCH! My sales guy Tom was awesome! He let me drive the truck to show my wife because we couldn’t find a sitter for the kids. His manager Brad Was also awesome! Worked with me on what truck was best for me and all the information on what the truck was. They were both honest and up front with everything. I will be coming back here to buy another vehicle in the future.

Young ford of Brigham service department was top notch on my visit. I called to schedule a service and they were able to fit me in to their schedule that helped me.
Upon arrival they were on time and on track and the service was completed with zero complications. They were even training a new employee and she was very responsive and attentive. Overall it was a great experience.

We live out of state and were in town visiting family over the holidays and experienced need for service before we could drive the vehicle back. The service department was able to diagnosis, get the needed parts, and complete the repair in time and accurately for us to drive home. They even coordinated an after-hours vehicle pickup to accommodate the pressing timeline.

What a great dealership with the community in mind. I don't know if anyone knows this, but they offer a mobile or pick up and deliver service!! Oh man, it makes it so easy to get car maintenance done without having to miss work or leave home when you've got kids or parents to care for. This is an amazing service offering. You have to try it out and save so much time!!

UPDATE:
I'm changing my review from 1 to 5 stars. I'm going to leave the original review below. Skyler the service manager called and made everything right. Very reasonable guy, I recommend talking to him if you have issues with your service experience. I will return to this location for service in the future!

Just a little frustrated with the service I received here. Got an estimate for work on my AC. The estimate was fine. Took the car in and was told it would be done in 2 days. No call 2 days later so I called, was told it was being worked on. 2 days went by and I got a phone call that they hadn't started yet. Was told 2 more days. 4 days go by and somehow my estimate jumped up by $1000 dollars. I'm not mad if you need to keep it a few extra days, just don't lie to me about starting it and how much it costs. Give me a good estimate on both.

The AC part I was replacing should have been a recall fix anyway, Ford even admitted it was faulty and dangerous. I sent a certified letter to their customer affairs location over a month ago. Still no response. It makes me not trust Ford which is a bummer because I actually do want to support American made. In fact, if this location would have taken care of me better or Ford in general I would probably stay loyal and purchase from this location and Ford in the future.

Take care of your customers Ford, or you'll keep losing them to Toyota and Honda.

Go up
