I recently had my baby at Cache Valley Hospital (c-section) and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The nurses were absolutely amazing—so kind, attentive, and supportive throughout my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, which made a big difference in my recovery. I truly appreciate the excellent care I received and would highly recommend this hospital to anyone!

I had my first surgery @ The Cache Valley Hospital. I was very impressed from the moment I walked through the door till I was wheeled out to my car. My nurse was absolutely amazing. I felt like she was personable and very attentive to my needs to make me comfortable. She was able to get my IV in her first try, which is usually not the case. I liked that it was my nurse who did my IV and got me prepped for surgery. After surgery, it’s all a little hazy, but I was kept comfortable and my pain was kept under control. I was not rushed to check out.

After surgery, I was told I'd have to stay one night, but I ended up having to stay two. I was so surprised how all the staff--not just the nurses, but everyone--were so friendly and caring. I felt like I was someone important, the way I was treated. Everyone listened to all my concerns and worked at solving any problems or concerns I may have had. My quality of care was top notch. The nurses were so invested in my me getting better. I cannot stress enough how I was taken care of like I was family. I've been hospitalized in the past but was never given this quality of care. If I ever have to go into the hospital again, I really hope I'm taken to Cause Valley Hospital!

This Hospital is the BEST! Everyone was very kind and helpful. We were checked into ER quickly and was helped immediately, even though it wasn't life threatening. I didn't have to leave the room for x-rays, they brought the x-ray machine to me. They explained everything clearly and I was in and out within 30 minutes. I ended up with a sprained wrist.
The BEST thing my husband and I both noticed was the PEACEFUL atmosphere at the hospital. We both came out feeling like we had just taken a nap!!

The hospital was great. It was nice to have a smaller atmosphere where I didn't feel like just a number. I would have given 5 stars if it were not for the carelessness of the anesthesiologist that caused unnecessary damage to my throat. It was severe enough that my doctor had to take pictures to send to the department to be used for training purposes.

I over paid $1,300 at the day of surgery. It’s been 5 months trying to get reimbursed. The billing staff has been no help. The insurance was billed incorrectly and has now paid their portion but I still have not been refunded. I use medical insurance a lot for my kids and have never had this problem before. The nursing staff was great but this over shadows their performance. Never recommending to anyone. The clinics fill like a ghost town and I think I now know why.

I struggle with mental health issues and often experience panic attacks. On this particular occasion, it was the worst I’ve ever felt. I went to the ER, and they took great care of me. Mel was incredibly helpful and patient, Dr. Finley handled this very well, and the registration nurse was kind and attentive.

However, I did notice the security guard. When he saw me and I explained to the nurse what I was feeling, he rubbed his hand over his eyes in a way that seemed like he was making fun of me. While I understand that visiting the ER for a panic attack might seem unusual or misunderstood, it’s often caused by a combination of factors. His dismissive and condescending attitude, both in his body language and demeanor, was hurtful.

Despite this, the emergency staff deserve a 5/5 for their compassion and professionalism. I would encourage the security guard to approach situations with more empathy and to be mindful of his behavior. People come here seeking help, not judgment.

I knew I had strep throat and attempted to go to Instacare for antibiotics, only to find them closed. It was 7pm on Christmas Eve. This meant my next option was the E.R. so I decided to go to the Specialty Hospital instead of Logan Regional because the average E.R. time-frame at Logan is never less than 3-4hrs. Boy, am I glad I chose the Specialty Hospital!!! I was in and out in less than an hour, and all of the staff from the desk to the nurse to the doctor was PHENOMENAL!!! They were kind, friendly, efficient, and super fast. I've decided this is the place to go if I need to go to the E.R. from now on, and I will be recommending them to others from here on out as well!
