Overall the buses are great. But don't count on being there for the first route of the day ESPECIALLY SATURDAYS. Went on an adventure with my 2 year old in the cold and we're left stranded and freezing. The live bus map told us the bus would come in 10 min. Then never came. Then updated to say it will come in 50 minutes. After we left it came 20 min later. This was bus route 3. Please update your Saturday schedule!!! Or be there on time please.

The best thing you can do for yourself is to avoid riding the buses before 7am and after 8pm. I know the website says something else but the busses don't start their first route at the station, so they arrive at weird times. Some show up at 6:30 but the loops are MIA. After 8pm the busses shut down one by one and the last bus at 8:30 only does half its route before stopping. The loops are especially bad because you'll look at a map around 8:30 and it will say there's three of them and without warning two will disappear and the last one only does half its route. However the rest of the day is usually fine and the busses show up every 30 minutes at the station, 7:00, 7:30, 8:00, etc.

My car broke down in Logan, and I was worried I wouldn't make it to class. Connect Transit was wonderful to work with. The lady in the Transit Center was very helpful. Even the drivers were wonderful.

Ride the bus, it's FREE, and you can get to almost anywhere with it. Download their app, and you can watch the bus get to you. You won't need to worry about missing it. Drivers are mostly nice. The bus does shake and rock with turns, and a few sound like they will come apart, but so far, they haven't! Even handicap can ride the bus. There are 2 spots just for wheelchairs and a ramp to get up into it as well. If it's too high for you, just ask them to lower the bus so you're not stepping up as far.

Some dude from California was acting real tough with his girl around in this small little town that has no issues. I just don't Logan as a gang affiliated or even a street town. 😂

It's 50/50 whether or not your bus shows up on time, they're either early, or late and so you end up getting to your destination late, there are a few times they arrive on time but not a lot, and don't bother downloading the app half the time it doesn't even work, you can't even check what time your bus will arrive, you still have to guess whether or not you'll miss your bus.
