I was not impressed with my visit today. First of all the wash I got was barely a wash, she never shampooed the back of my hair. Never one was my hair brushed, before or after the wash or during the cut besides with a comb. I had knots in my hair and she and the teachers would just yank it out with the comb not even looking at the brush as an option. I understand she is a student and is learning but... I specifically asked for just a trim even demonstrating to her the length I wanted off. In her words "just so we're on the same page". I showed maybe just over an inch. Tell me why I left the salon with abou 4.5-5 inches left than when I walked in. My hair used to brush my waistline if not a little longer, now it's mid-back. I am not happy at all. Again I understand I signed the paper and that she is a student learning. But this is unacceptable.

Fantastic experience with Kaylie 😃 the foil work / highlight was just TERRIFIC 💯 and then the hair cut is just AMAZING 🤩. I more than recommend Paul Mitchell school, and specially Kaylie who is definitely The BEST EVER. THANKS A LOT 🙏

I had a wonderful experience at the Paul Mitchell! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The students and instructors are incredibly talented, and it’s clear that they are passionate about what they do.

The girl was super sweet and nice. We made great conversation the whole time. And my pedicure looked so good. It was my first time getting a pedicure and it was such a good experience!

First time here with my child and the experience was terrible. Poor customer service and making people fill welcome. My son sat in a chair from 3:15 until 5:00 pm he was exhausted and to top it off his hair has to be redone . The barber doing my sons hair used profanity and I'm definitely not impressed nor will we be coming back.

A got an excellent hair cut & style from Faith! I appreciate her expertise, professionalism and cheerful attitude. I am also impressed with the knowledgeable and helpful staff. They have a good variety of salon services to choose from and products to try that you’ll absolutely love for your hair. I’ll definitely be back again soon and will share with friends!
