Worked with them on a home equity line. The friendly staff made the process easy and kept me updated throughout. Plus, a cool office and convenient if you're in the University area. Maybe the only place on campus where parking isn't a hassle.

Walked in with my two prospective student teenagers. Stood in the lobby for 5 minutes. The lady behind the plastic wall said nothing, didn't look at us, didn't acknowledge we were there. So we just left and walked around campus on our own. No, we didn't have an appointment. But at least a "Hi, can I help you?" at a Welcome Center would seem standard.
