Play 2 Learn has been amazing with my children. I just recently had to get a new job and the new director has made this transition much easier on me. I love how the new director called me the first day to let me know how my children were doing. Both ladies are very friendly and always greet me when I arrive. The center is very clean and smells nice, not too strong of chemicals. I know that my children are in good hands while I am away. Excellent daycare.

My son had been going here for 5 - 6 years. It was close and convenient. I’ve had too many issues with their inconsistencies, chronic miscommunication, leaving my son waiting at school with no notification, waiting for over 5 minutes at the door to get my child from the facility, charging me unexplained late fees through their app even though I set up autopay from the beginning of the app’s introduction. I brought this up as well as any potential payment plans to help me and I was told by Jill “There’s nothing we can do about it.”. Come to find out, my child’s father was set up with a payment plan and was going through this headache of a process much smoother than I ever was, which he himself said was weird and unfair. The director has openly told me there are certain staff members who don’t get along, yet they’ve made no changes or progress for years. They claim they are highly rated in the state and can charge high tuition but they’re not the best by any means. Living in the same community as this daycare, I hear and see everything which does not go unnoticed nor unpronounced by my neighbors either. I’m friends with other parents and I have heard their complaints which are similar to mine. I tried to give this establishment chance after chance to get things right with their communication issues and customer service. I regret showing even a little grace since it never truly made a difference regardless of my complaints or discussions with the owners and directors. You would think after so many years of business they would waive a $10 late fee (that should have been automatically drafted from my bank, had they cared about the app working at all). I tried to call Mary (Director) and never got a response after a recent incident with their unapproachable, dismissive front desk employee who I’ve complained about multiple times and told they would “fix it”. I also called Steve’s (Owner) personal phone, left a voicemail and never got a call back or acknowledgement. I asked for a discharge paper and this facility is so disorganized, they couldn’t provide me one and just removed my son’s data from the Procare app. I’m glad I finally realized this daycare was a huge mistake to have my son in and I should have not put so much importance on the distance of the daycare, but instead the quality and customer service. There are other highly-rated facilities nearby with lower tuition rates and reliable employees. Parents shouldn’t have to deal with the difficulties of finding decent childcare. We have 100 other things to worry about and they shouldn’t be adding to that problem. This isn’t your only option. Look elsewhere to find the best care and communication you and your child(ren) deserve.

I love how updated they keep you with all of the activities, meals, incidents, etc. This is the best place to have any child and we will continue to trust Play2Learn. There's been a major difference from every other daycare/preschool we've ever enrolled our son at. Not to mention how amazing the staff is! Cannot say enough good about them all! We love this place!

Play 2 Learn has been amazing with my 2 girls, I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old. They love going to school! My 1 year old lights up each morning when she see's her teachers, and my 3 year old will tell me how much fun she had at daycare each day! The owners are super hands on and they are always willing to go the extra mile for the children! This is my first time working away from my kids and the P2L staff and new Director have made this huge transition easy on me! She will go into the classrooms and have the teachers talk to me when I call to see how my girls are doing! I can't even begin to explain how great they are to me and my family! I recommend everyone to go check it out, the minute you walk in and get a tour it will assure you that your kids are in good and safe hands!

My 4 year old daughter loves her preschool teachers. All of her teachers are very welcoming and I really know that they care about my daughter. I know that she is learning everyday. My daughter always has a really fun art projects for her to take home which I love to see her creativity. I also love that she comes home and sings to me the songs that she has learned. The center is very clean, with large windows, and plenty of space for the children to play. I have been very happy with Play2Learn Academy.

The daycare is generally clean. I really appreciate that you don’t smell ‘daycare’ smell as soon as you walk in. I love the teachers in infant room. Bracquel is an awesome teacher in infant room. She is so gentle and will take care of your baby as if she is taking care of her own. She is a great example for what infant room teacher should be. Please keep her in infant room forever!! She is the best for any babies and she gives me piece of mind while working away from my baby. Also a big shout out for Kendra who is equally great with my baby!

My daughter and I love this center. The owners really are accessible to you and they are amazing people. The director can be found throughout the center helping where needed which is a great quality in a director. My daughter is able to attend dance class here which is a major plus. The center is clean, bright, full of art projects and just feels happy overall. My daughter loves going to school which is the best reassurance for a working parent.

We loved Play2Learn. They got us a spot for our son very quickly when we were in a bind last year. The staff have always been kind and attentative. Our son had a tough time transitioning at first because we had moved so much and changed schools/daycares so many times but he absolutely loved his teachers and was very well taken care of. He had a lot of fun, was fed delicious well balanced meals, and made a few friends. We were very sad to pull him out when we moved and he still misses his teachers. We are so grateful for Play2Learn being there for us when we needed them. Especially during the covid pandemic.
