My kids have been going to TLE since June 2021. We have had kids in every single classroom ranging from infant to preschool. We have loved almost every teacher our kids have had, specifically Miss Chorin, both Miss Amandas, Miss Nikki, and Miss Alex. My kids can be a handful at times and TLE has always worked with us through any concerns that have come up either from us or on their end. Our kids enjoy going to “school” there and have great relationships with their teachers and we are very happy with the skills they continue to learn.

Of all the schools I toured in the area this school is the best! The moment I walked in the door both directors were super pleasant and acknowledged me and my daughter.

My daughter is a stranger danger kid, but went right to the director Anne; which helped my anxiety of putting her in school because she’s my first baby.

Another reason I chose The Learning Experience is because education is super important to me. I didn’t believe they could really teach my 1 year old curriculum, BUT they did! She learns something new everyday. She went from screaming at me for her needs to using sign language and attempting to say words that I actually understand.

I work from home so I am constantly checking the Bubbles and Friends app to see how she’s doing throughout the day. She’s always smiling. I really appreciate all of the staff a” here, and my daughter is happy everyday which is all that matters to me.

TLE has been the home away from home for our three kids (4yr, 3yr and 6month old)! Before coming to TLE, we had horrible experiences at two different daycares prior. We felt so overwhelmed and helpless for our kiddos to find a place we felt our kids could be kids, learn, cared for and understood as individuals. TLE has given us that and more! Our kids became more confident over night, they are learning so much in both education and new social skills every day. The teachers are well connected with each of them, as individuals, and not just by the classroom as a whole. They understand that kids have emotions and will help them work thru those emotions. I can go to work knowing my kids are being treated with kindness and Most importantly, my kids are happy when they come home!!! Honestly, I can go on about all the wonderful things they do for my kids. I cannot thank them enough for what they have provided for us.

The staff at TLE Happy Valley have made my whole experience sending my kiddo to school for the first time comforting. Sending your kiddo somewhere for the first time is nerve racking enough so having the support and the app gives some reassurance. The app allows for me to know what he is up to during the day and what he has eaten throughout the day. Overall, this center is 5 star!

My 4 year old son has been attending for just under one year. In that year I've watched his development explode in ways I never imagined possible for a kid his age. Outside of learning letters, numbers, words, math, science and Spanish -- he is learning to interact with children his age, explore how to cope with his emotions and question everything! I'm thankful for the care and consideration he receives from all of the staff. He's happy, safe and learning. The staff all seem to care about the development of children. I'm thankful I found TLE and for how they're helping shape the future of my child now and well into the future.

We have been sending our kids to TLE since right after they opened this location in 2020 and could not recommend them more. All of the teachers and managers are great and welcoming! They are also one of the only daycares that I have found that offer replacement food for my sons allergy (beef) rather than us having to provide them with lunch for days when they are serving it, which makes life much easier for us. Most of the teachers that were there since we started going are still there now and I think that speaks to how great the environment is. You really feel that they care about the kids rather than it just being a job. I could go on and on about how much I love this daycare and how comfortable I feel knowing they are the ones taking care of my kids during the day. I will miss them all very much once all of my kids are in school.

I hope I have enough space to write how much we love TLE Happy Valley. Our son started here in 2020 as a 2 year old when they first opened after touring (and walking out of) numerous other centers and this year he graduated from pre-k. Not only did their curriculum, friendly staff, and amazing facility reel us parents in but when our son didn’t want to leave when we first went in for a tour, we knew he’d be comfortable there. Our daughter started in the infant room in 2021 at 12 weeks old and still LOVES going to TLE every day. She likes to test her limits but the staff loves our babies and I couldn’t be happier with the decision we made to attend TLE. The updates throughout the day, the events to get all the families together, the growth I’ve seen in my children, we couldn’t recommend TLE enough.

I really wanted to like this place. They said all the right things on the tour, the facility is nicely set up, and the place was pretty clean; however, didn't feel like they actually cared which was supported when putting in my withdraw notice. The director only pointed out that we would still be paying for 2 weeks of service due to the contract...Right there, she verified that she only cared about the money.

You can't trust the updates via their app due to inconsistencies and inaccuracies. There were multiple times of missing information as well. No consistency which hinders development. Our child was moved to different classrooms multiple times due to new students being added.
They didn't use sign language with our kid until almost a month after attending - though we told them that our child knew signs and was shy with people starting off (Shows they weren't really trying to work with our kid).
Trying to get updates from the teachers was difficult and felt like we were always bothering them when we wanted more details than just "your child had a good day". Felt like I learned more about the staff's personal lifes than my own child's daily activities.
Every time I talked with the director about a concern, she would state those things shouldn't happen and would talk to those involved; however, the events would continue to occur. (Full diapers at pick up, lack of communication, child's face being crusted with boogers, etc).
There were a couple staff members that we did appreciate. Those were a morning teacher and the cook. They were always willing to provide details about our kid without being asked and were the ones our child felt the most comfortable being around.

Update: I've changed my review from 2 stars to 1 star. Due to the Google comment placed on my review to send them an email, I did and recieved back a generic response which was clear they didn't read what was written. If you are fine with generic responses, this place is perfect...
Since leaving, they have also spammed me with texts and emails for their merchandise/events, though I never got these text notifications when we attended. I ended up having to block the number due to them not acknowledging my stop request.

The new Daycare is significantly better, our child is now much more social and happy. We recieve tons of updates and know our child is in much better hands with people who actually care.
