We had such a great experience getting our blinds. From picking them out, processing, shipping, and installation everyone we worked with was so kind and helpful. They made a process that could be really mundane rather fun. Great customer service and the folks that came for installation were kind and so respectful. Overall, great experience!

Allied Furnishings (AF) repaired our 20 year old Hunter Douglas Vertiglide blinds.
Heber was on time, he explained how he plans to repair them, and completed the job.

AF exceeded my expectation.

Came highly recommended. We wanted to support local...but our experience was bad! Agent didn't order enough carpet when we had family coming into town for graduation. They had to put in temp carpet in one bedroom which smelled dirty (like a dog used it). Also, the short of carpet was their mistake...they should have owned up to the mistake and covered it especially since we were the ones who were inconvenienced. I would not recommend them to any family or friends. Instead we were expected to pay for the mistake or shortage. Not to mention their carpet installer damaged our had wood floors and our custom made wooden staircase. I brought it to agents attention and nothing was ever done. Very disappointing customer service!!
One very positive thing is their furniture movers...they were quick, professional, and very careful with my furniture! They were the best part of our negative experience.

I have numerous Hunter Douglas blinds in my home, installed by previous owners. A few had broken; the Hunter Douglas website led me to Allied Furnishings as the closest dealer to me, and with an excellent rating. They've been a pleasure to deal with. A technician came by a couple of months ago to fix two of them (one needed a new clutch), and another technician came by a few days ago to fix two others. The office staff with whom I spoke to set up the appointments (Stacey, at least once) are unfailingly helpful and polite. I recommend Allied Furnishings highly, for new blinds or repairs.

We love Allied Furnishings! Bought carpet for our new home and they had such a great selection and amazing prices. Marianne was so awesome to work with! She was extremely knowledgeable and worked so hard to make sure everything turned out perfect. The carpet installers did a great job as well. We would absolutely go with them again!
