He made very good recommendations for the handbook and made me aware of some things I could add to make it even better. Such a great company to work with!!! As a small business owner, HR has never been my specialty. Platinum HR has relieved my stress over HR stuff that I know I need to get done, but can never really find the time to do in this area. Their helpline is also super helpful. I love being able to ask questions when they pop into my head and AVOID problems and stressing over issues in my head and googling them incessantly until I think I've found the answer, but don't have 100% confidence, meaning I'm still stressed, but now I wasted time on top of it lol. Yeah, use these guys.
