I was a mail in client with these people for 12 months and not once did I speak to my probation officer. The whole time I thought my probation officer was Vandy, but she eventually quit and Jordan became my new probation officer (no, I was never notified or told). They're very rude most of the time, they rarely answer the phone, and they will never call you back so there's absolutely no point in leaving 5 messages trying to get your questions answered. Overall they made my experience with probation much more difficult to get through with the lack of verbal guidance. They refused to lower my monthly cost of probation even after I paid off all $800 of my fine. Very very disappointing.... make sure you know how to kiss ass cause otherwise they'll either ignore you when you call or be very very rude. Good luck.

Sad when you actually take the time to read all the reviews about this place. Thought probation was all about helping one another trying to help better your life not make it worse. Almost off probation got a hell of a good job got a kid on the way and I’m doing everything I’m supposed to. Still have a warrant out for my arrest. These people need to fix there problems before they think they can fix ours. This place is ridiculous I can admit all the other times I have messed up and got high and went on the run and just said forget it but this time around is totally different yet I’m still having issues. Something needs to be done here not only for me but for other people going through it as well especially when they’re giving it there all.

Remember these people are not your friends. Tell them as little about you as possible and get out as soon as you can. They're not here to help they're are here to get your money.

“Professional” probation services is the most unprofessional probation service. They NEVER answer their phone to answer questions or concerns from people. Don’t bother leaving a message because they don’t answer those. They do not care about the well being of people who go through them. We had to call about 5 times in a row before someone answered and she acted like we were bothering her.

Very poor facility and staff. Extremely disappointing that they represent how our legal system is. Never returns or answers calls etc. Went through 5 POs in 6 months and not notified.

This program is not interested in helping people. They set traps, cheat, lie...anything to bring a person down to their lowest level. Stay away from these people!!!!
