I have been working closely with this facility in providing end-of-life care for their residents for 7 years, and I am happy to report their staff are absolutely caring and amazing people. They have some of the same staff that have worked here for years, truly invested in excellent care for their residents. I highly recommend this nursing care facility for its longevity in the community and the loving staff.

There are so many good things to say about this building. Every time I go in Dani is on the floor, washing dishes or with the residents. They have a creative and fabulous Recreation Therapist, Amber! They are so amazing!

The place is amazing the staff is great. The administrator has been exceptionally great she really takes her time to help the residents out and anything they need she assist them. She truly is genuine her name is Danni Rawls.

This place is really awful. The staff is unprofessional and very rude.
My mother in law is stuck here due to healing after surgery. They treat her bad and her locked up food we bring always gets stolen. We were rudely accused of smoking pot when we were eating a meal with her. The staff do not have a clue how to change bandages I and her wound looks so much worse than in the hospital. The staff treat us like some dirty piece of garbage and have no respect for privacy of the clients that they are supposed to be caring for and when we closed the door to talk comfortably about personal issues with my mother in law, the staff rudely opened the door and told us that we were not allowed to shut the door although most of her neighbors doors were shut. I strongly do NOT recommend this faciliy to anyone who loves their people. They just don't care about the clients or their families. I will be contacting the manager of this place maybe Better Business Bureau or OSHA. The staff seem to thrive on hurting mom because with the size and difficulty of the wound, it is common decency to give pain management before doing a wound change and being mindful of people's pain. But not here they don't even try to keep her comfortable at all and everytime they move her, they rip the wound open even more. I hope someday they will really learn about being empathetic and caring to others. This is often the last part of people's lives and it sure would be nice to have my mom treated like the wonderful person she is. She and us are not low class citizens and don't deserve to be discriminated and insulted I hope this place either gets better training in customer service or this closes down. The phones don't even work half the time.
This place is extremely unprofessional and I do not recommend this place to anyone. We were accused of doing drugs twice now and that is utterly ridiculous. I am going to show the staff how much I appreciate being slandered.

I love this building , I have had a very emotional connection with the building through the years. My grandma would go here to continue rehab after her surgeries to work the amazing physical therapist. So going to visit when I was younger was regular to me. I also used to do little dance recitals for the resident many times when I was younger for there activity during the day.So when it came time for me to find a building to work at as a CNA ; I had already had such an emotionally positive connection with the building. So I now currently work there as a CNA and I love it. All staff is amazing and we all work very hard and well as a team whether that’s with kitchen staff, maintenance, management, house keeping, etc.

I have and will always love this place! My first nursing job over 25 years ago! It Has been a second home to me throughout the years and I have had some of the most amazing emotional and spiritual experiences here! I can recall so many residents In that time that I have been blessed with the opportunity to care for and learn from and I am grateful to each and everyone of them. I have learned so much in this place!

I am the social worker at Willow Glen, and initially my job was only going to be temporary. Now I have stayed longer than I ever thought, simply because I enjoy working here. The residents are fun to be around, and the staff and I truly care about them and their well being. The atmosphere here is friendly and warm. I highly recommend Willow Glen to anyone in need of rehabilitation or long term care.

Willow Glen is very clean and well organized. My dad was very well taken care of. The staff are very friendly and attentive and the food was amazing! We are grateful to have found a place where he could recuperate from his fall.
