A nightmare to deal with these people. We canceled our rental and requested a refund. They said they don’t do refunds because “they had to take the rental out of inventory and so many people called trying to rent it”. I’m supposed to believe that all those calls suddenly stopped the day I canceled my reservation?

Apparently “Frank the Director” is the only one allowed to make decisions down there and he’s conveniently never available to take a call.

Spend your money somewhere else.

I had a great experience renting a raft for a trip on the Green River. Can’t beat the price ($90 with tax) for a high quality 15.5’ boat. Glad this affordable option is available.
