After being here for two years and wrongly thinking they were helping me and they cared, they don't, they lied to SSD and I was denied for the second time, they don't respond to emails, takes way too long for each appointment, missed one appointment that wasn't my fault but modivcare paperwork needed to be updated which was never done either. I have not been scheduled for any more appointments and they don't believe what you tell them and don't report any abuse so they need to remove that sign from their walls. I also don't really rate them one star but no stars, they're just not worth going to, find someone else who will at least treat you better

I have been going to Four Corners for about a year and they've really helped me a lot. My counselor is great and so is the nurse I see for my mental health, they've gone above and beyond to help me with problems that no one else would have done so. I think if you've had bad experiences maybe you could have tried to see another therapist. Those that I have dealt with have always been, helpful, kind, compassionate, and very understanding. So thank you so very much for all you do for me.

This place is a disaster, not only are they rude, but very unhelpful. I've been in here multiple times to take a class I desperately need for my license, and they keep telling me I have to wait for the class to be available. Now that's understandable, but I've been waiting a year and a half, and I'm starting to think they're never gonna let me take this class. I even paid to become a patient....
Oh but they did offer a screening to see if I need to be put on any medications.... because that is what I came in there for right?! They just want your money DONT GO HERE!

The assessment was a good experience but at the end of it I was told just to go to group therapy. This happened to me last year when I went in and saw a different therapist. Also they will not prescribe medication because you are a part of a stigma within the community as being a drug user. Don't waste your money here. Its best to see a therapist or doctor up north if you have real mental health needs that need to be addressed one on one.

My Wife Went To Get Help For Her Depression And Was Told That She Would Only Be Seen Once Every 4-6 Weeks. They Only Deal With Substnce Abuse Cases And Kinda Treat Everybody As Such. My Wife Has Never Done Drugs, And Immediately Was Given A Questionare Asking Her About Her Drinking And Drug Use. If I Have Any Advice I'd Go Up North Or Anywhere Else.

Four Corners is one of the best places I have ever went to. The staff there is really friendly and helpful and Four Corners has really helped change my life. I would definitely recommend people to go to Four Corners if anyone needs help with depression, bad thoughts or even just to express your feelings and get good professional advice.

Front desk quick to check you in. Staff seem to really care. We came here seeking help with paperwork and they got us in right away. They took the time to listen to our concerns and made themselves available to us even though we had no cash. Non judgement and caring facility. Wish we knew about this place sooner.

some of the rudest staff i’ve ever dealt with in my life (the front desk girls ) they talk down to you and treat you like you’re stupid. i can’t wait to be done with this place.
