If you want to take your kids to a place to have a free for all, be bullied and learn some bad behavior KTR would be the place. The workers hang out in a corner not watching anybody. Being there for 1 hour seeing multiple issues with bullying. This will be the last time I ever come here and will make sure everyone I know is aware of the situation.

In the past I’ve had a great experience but today was AWFUL! Your employees are more concerned about a breakup that they seemed to be going through and not managing these much much older teens that were running around and on the trampolines knocking kids over. And the employees had the nerve to tell me they were fine and they were doing their job… I beg to differ.

Reply to reply- HAHAHAHAHAH. Funny bc I asked her if they were on break or if they wanted to do their job and she replied that they weren’t on break. And it was trampoline to trampoline running and it was not safe by any means and he was not supervising the game of tag. I would love to speak directly with an actual manger or above them because this issue is an issue.

If your kid is under 10, prepare for them to get absolutely bulldozed by the older kids — even in the so-called “toddler zone” (which is apparently toddler-friendly the same way a mosh pit is grandma-friendly).

Jaylynn (the manager/owner?/bad-attitude-enthusiast) greeted guests with the warmth of a DMV worker on their last day. Her vibe was so aggressive you could practically taste the hostility. It’s clearly contagious too, because Ava at the front desk checked us in like we were an inconvenience to her and her great-great grandchildren. Bonus: you’ll spend about 30 minutes getting a wristband — and that’s without a line.

This place could be great… if it were managed by literally anyone else.

The BEST place to have a birthday party!! They take care of everything for you- just come and celebrate your loved one and have fun! One of my favorite things about KTR is it’s so clean and nice. And there are tables and chairs for parents to sit where you can see your child play. The party rooms are perfect with large tables and seating as well. The pizza is really good too! Delicious! We love KTR so much and so does our daughter so it’s a win-win!!!

Not impressed with the Birthday party experience we had. Hannah was our host she did not check on us at all throughout the 2 hours we were there for the party. Pizza came with my party package but I decided to take the pizzas home instead. They then said they could discount and take the pizzas off the party package so I opted for that instead. When I was brought the receipt, the pizzas were not discounted off like they had said. When I questioned it with the manager, she was very hostile towards me. She also said they would not honor the Groupon sale price that I very specifically mentioned and confirmed when booking the party. I know businesses lose a lot of money through Groupon so I wanted to pay KTR directly if they would honor the price, which was $404.19. The manager yesterday refused to do that. When I said I guess I’ll book through Groupon next time and she said “go ahead”! My first and probably last time at KTR unfortunately.

This is a really fun place to take your children to get their energy out. The pictures say it all. Love how spacious the whole arena is. We went to attend a birthday party. They have good sizes private rooms. Their pizzas are really good. They have a food court with a nice area to sit down and eat. Restroom are big and clean. My children had a great time!

Our kids are autistic, KTR has been a life saver, but I understand others concerns.
PROS:
- Can see your kids from almost anywhere
-The music when on is not too loud
-The variety of activities organized or not is great
- I’ve seen the staff go out of their way and change things to make sure a group of kids got a chance to use the trapeze before they had to leave.
- Almost every surface is soft to walk on.
- Staff are patient with kids who hesitate to try the trapeze and even more patient when I have to go get my kid at the bottom to convince him to come back up.
- I know ppl say the floor staff doesn’t do anything, and they don’t intervene much, but imagine if they yelled at every kid who was wasn’t acting perfect, it would be a terrible environment. They could be more attentive, just don’t turn into school PE class where the rules are so enforced that fun is minimal.
- Big Open Spaces for kids to freely run.

CONS:
- Floor staff could be better at making sure bigger kids are not kicking younger kids off trampolines. Older teens are usually fine, but the 9-12 year group will intentionally double bounce younger kids off.
- Those pizzas need a few more min in the oven…. The center is still doughy and cheese isn’t melted.
- The nets around the facility need upgrading. Several gaps and holes that are dangerous. My kids threw a ball into the skate Park area through a hole and nearly unalived a kid.

OVERALL:
Parents who want to sit on the sidelines and do nothing might want to go to a spa and hire a caregiver.
Patents who want their kids to have a blast and are willing to keep an eye on them, will love it at KTR.

Had a good time here with kids ranging from 4 to 14 yrs old. We brought scooters but didn't realize the area was more for experienced kids who like to do tricks. Trampoline area had 6 tramps where they said only one kid could be on at a time. Paid for 90 min and that seemed like more than enough time for our kids who were exhausted by then.
