I have a company car that needed tires and they made the process so simple. It was a Saturday and the fleet company had not yet approved the purchase but Big O assured me they would take care of all the transactions come Monday and did the installation, any other place I've gone to I've had to come back. It just goes to show not only does BigO take care of their customers but they also have great relationships with others the fleet and have built the trust to allow them to do a tire installation without me needing to wait until the next business day.

Car needed alignment after I rebuilt the whole front end, drives smooth now. Didn't take long and they called me when it was done so I could know when to pick it up. Cashiers were kind and welcoming.

I came in to have a vacuum leak performed and that was not done. I brought my truck in to find out why my truck either stalls upon breaking or why the rpm’s fluctuate when coming to a stop. I was told it was something else such as an idler pulley. My second issue was that my steering had play in it and was told that was due to a rear tire was very low and was sold two tires. Neither problem was corrected and I spent almost 1200.00. My truck still stalls and I still have play in my steering. This is the second Big O that I’ve taken my truck to spent over $1000 or more and still left with the same problem. Someone should make this right without charging me more money for a diag.

This location ROCKS!! The owner Josh and his crew are amazing. They are thorough and quick. They are all about quality products and service. Worth the money. They are all I can ask for to get me back on the road safely. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I didn't have much time My tire went flat I didn't have a spare for the MDX It only comes with a air pump system so I can only drive a few miles from my house to get my tire fixed. I was informed by Aaron that the puncture could not be fixed and I needed to get some new tires him and his team had me in the best Michelin tires available within a matter of minutes so that I could complete my day without missing any appointments. I'm overly pleased with the service I received and I'll be utilizing that facility quite often since I just bought a home in this area I'd like to support local business. Thank you very much

I have probably been going to the Big OTire Tire shop in Payson Utah for about 4 years. I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience there. They are always very kind and courteous and answer any questions or concerns I have.
